I spoke to someone at the office in Connecticut they were very helpful and considerate they followed up with what we talked about. I received my paper in a very quick manner I have not started the project yet I will be able to say more about this specific paper once the wallpaper hanger uses it. But so far it's been wonderful

Great resource for historical wallpaper and paint colors!
Excellent customer service. Was very excited to get my samples. The color matched to the chips is exact. I'm excited to use their product in my current project. I am doing a renovation of a building from the 1800s, and they had such a great variety of historical wallpapers and paint color for me to choose from! I love that each paint chip had an explanation on the back of it as to the time period and where/when it was developed. Thank you!

Great experience even with minor issues
Every part of my experience with your brand has been amazing. Your wallpaper designs are unmatched in my opinion so I would have been interested regardless, but my first impression of your customer service was so impressive. I sent an email about possibly needing to change delivery address and got a very friendly phone call asking about dates and offering different options. Now that I have received and used your product, I found it very high quality and nice to work with and the personal touch of including a tea bag felt so thoughtful. I had 2 minor issues that I was never given a separate shipping notice/tracking number for my wallpaper and there was damage to my paste bucket + some product had spilled in shipping. Both were quickly addressed by customer service and I still hope to order from you again and recommend you to others because your products are just so good. Your product is higher end than I usually can afford, so I just am needing to budget and do bits at a time.
