The charm I thought couldn't be included was replaced by another (thank you) My Order was despatched really quickly, arrived on time and I'm told is lovely.

The Little Jewellery Company went above and beyond with their customer service, very quickly sorting a mistake that I had made with my order. I ended up forgetting to order one of the charms and placed a second order. Although they didn't need to they refunded the second charge for postage as they were sending them all together.
