Disastrous customer service
I placed an order on Tuesday, July 15, indicating to the company that we needed it urgently. After 3 days contacting them by email, since there is no other option, I have not received any response. What's more, it jumped this afternoon when I wrote the last email, a self-response that they won't answer me until next August 11 due to vacation.
I think it's a disastrous customer service. I would not recommend it
