Ordered a full engine rebuild kit, got package really quick. Didn't thoroughly check inventory for month or so, and realized they gave me duplicate bottom end kits and not top end or head gaskets. Contacted them, and they sent out correct parts the next day and sent me a return label for duplicates, with no costs to me(competition doesn't give this kinda service). And when head gaskets got lost by UPS, little power shop was quick to fix that too. Top notch service, far better than say... xtreme diesel performance who I will never touch again. Little Power Shop will have all my future business.

UPDATE: Shortly after posting the negative review, they contacted me via telephone. They apologized, and very quickly sent my core charge refund. I’m thankful they resolved the issue.
ORIGINAL POST: Bought a set of injectors from them, that had a core charge. We sent back the cores. They never credited us for the core. After many phone conversations, which they assured me the credit would be processed - they got to the point of not returning my phone calls. This was over two years ago, but just realized that I should warn others of the way they will basically steal money from you. We actually bought from them quite a few other times without any problem at all. However, this time cost us $1400. We will never buy from them again.

Put in an order for a programmer and additive on 4/22. Spent over $450. It is now 5/9, still no tracking number, no reply to my emails and messages, no answer to my calls, nothing. Its like they disappeared off of the face of the earth after they got my money. When you call it just says they are closed on both phone numbers. It has done this all day everyday since I ordered. I think several other reviews had this same thing happen. These guys are frauds and need shutdown! Like the title says, save yourself a headache and don't buy from them.

We recently purchased some part for our truck from them. The online order status just says waiting fulfillment , it has been over a week. We have tried emailing them with no response! We have tried call them and all we get is a machine recording that first said they were closed. Then the next day it said they were closed but to email them. They will only take your money and not send you the stuff, and you will not be able to reach them. If there were no star review I would give them no stars! Very bad customer service! If you are not going to comply with your shipping policies, why even bother selling online!

Bought two turbos and never received my deposit back and it's been 8 to 9 months. Will not do business with until this has been corrected.

Very friendly service! They were so extremely helpful, got our vehicle in quickly, and finished the necessary repairs within a day. They were very professional. I would definitely go back here again!

The customer service was terrible! I understand things happen in transit with shipping but to put the blame on UPS not notifying them of a damaged product then to tell us a new oil pump would be shipped out on Thursday 8/9 and we would have it by Monday 8/13 then to get it the following Thursday 8/16 is unacceptable! Remind you I placed this order on 8/2!! When the oil pump was delivered with a packaged date of Tuesday 8/14 after I sent an email asking where my oil pump was they told me it wasn’t sent 2nd day air and they would get me a tracking number, I had to ask twice for my tracking number and finally got it the day my package arrived. When my package arrived it was labeled 2nd day Air... so I’m quiet confused as I was being told one thing but it appears someone dropped the ball in getting my oil pump shipped out on 8/9 when a phone call and email was sent! Then I’m still waiting for a refund for shipping cost to be told to call next week if I don’t see the refund on my card!! Lack of trust, follow up and customer service at this point will make me not purchase from your company again!

Bought an engine. Never received it. Was given a song and dance that the shipper screwed up. I talked to the company they were buying their engines from and they told me it was never ordered. Little power shop told me they would refund me my money and I never received it.

Great price, fast delivery, quality looks good.

I called to place an order was told they had their hands on it to weeks later call back to see were my package was and they said that they didn’t get the order in in time worst experience I have had will never do business again

Every time I order something from here it is shipped quickly and exactly what I needed. I’ve never had to return a part.

I bought a long block from these guys back in March and well it's now may and after them saying they messed up my order and my engine went somewhere else I gave them more time to make it right. That was my first mistake! As of now the FRAUDS owe me $9666.54 cents because I told them I had enough and wanted my money back. It is now May 25 2018 and still to this day they owe me the full amount. DONT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!!!

I purchased a new head for a 2000 Cummins 5.9 loaded with heavy valve springs etc., for the price of $1829.00 on April 16th 2018. I waited a few days to see if it had shipped. The website kept saying it was awaiting fulfillment. I called on the 19th and was told that it may have been back ordered they weren't sure. I called again the next day and talked with someone else and was told it had shipped but their tracking numbers were messed up and they were trying to get it sorted out. I kept calling every other day and kept getting another BS story.

Finally after 2 weeks of my truck broken down waiting for a new head...John tells me a new version of the story about the order being recalled due to a casting flaw. Then he tells me he has a different head he can sell me but it is not assembled or finish machined. He can give me this one for $100.00 less. I should have just demanded all my money back right there.
I agreed to purchase this other head and loose parts because he assured me it would ship that day. Another BS story. I finally got notice it shipped on 5-3-18. It is now 5-6-18 and I still don't have a tracking number. I have not received my $100.00 back yet either.
Hopefully someone will read this and think twice about doing business with this clown.

Ordered a kit from the little power shop, two weeks have gone by, still haven't received my order. Requested a refund for the expedited shipping, haven't seen that either. Would not recommend this place.
