I have bought from this company twice. The first order received the plants looked very unhealthy and we repotted them straightaway and with some tlc they came back to life.
The second order I placed, 1 plant looked good and the other plant didn't look anything like the picture at all. Even as it grew, it looked like quite a different pitcher plant.

Despite being carefully looked after they are looking quite poor now. My issue is they don't write on the box that there are live plants included, which meant my first order sat in a wheelie bin for several days because the courier didn't notify of a parcel. The parcels need to be better packed and handled with care by the courier with a definite 'live plants' sticker on the box, so they are delivered properly.

What I will say for the site is they definitely have a fantastic selection!

My order was misrouted and then lost by the carriers Royal Mail so I never received my plant. Customer support were a little slow to respond but once they were aware of the problem they refunded me.

Well established plants which arrived in very good condition and very well packaged.

Recently received a Nepenthes monkey jar plant which I am really pleased with. This is the second time I have purchased plants from the seller. Both times the orders arrived using a 24h tracked service, and were dispatched promptly. Plants came professionally packaged. Will certainly be purchasing more. Thank you 😊

I ordered the plant on the Saturday and it was with me by the Wednesday, very well packaged and protected. It was super healthy when it arrived and is just beautiful!

Waited to see how plant settled before reviewing, all growing well, new pitchers now growing. Very healthy plant. Arrived very well packaged though loose in pot but after settling it in more firmly and adding a stake for support, plant now thriving. Excellent addition to my collection, lovely deep red pitchers.

I ordered a Sarracenia and a Sundew plus some trumpet pitcher compost. It was sent by Royal Mail. Despite being notified that it would be delivered between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm it hadn't arrived by 7:35pm so I looked for an email with a different delivery forecast and found a message from the supplier that it had been delivered to a different street despite my correct address and postcode being on the parcel. I had to go there to collect it! Inside, the plants were beautifully packed with sealing across the pots to stop the soil escaping and quite rigid plastic protecting the plants. They were in perfect condition and there was a care guide for the Sarracenia. So 5 stars to the supplier who cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail failure to deliver correctly.

Very impressed, I ordered 4 plants and all arrived in perfect condition and look very good.

Wanted to purchase a rare 'Red Piranha' Venus Fly Trap and settled on Littleshopofhorrors.co.uk as the price was pretty reasonable and glad I did. Arrived today very well packaged with zero damage to the plant. Very healthy specimen received with lots of new traps appearing. Flower was kindly removed.

Lovely plants, two weeks in and they are still alive (I'm not good with plants), so very happy.

One of the plants looked healthy and thriving, but the other is a weakling and needs nurturing.

excellent service, delivery was perfect, was worried about getting such a delicate plant in post, shouldnt have been worried they have it down to a tee.
