I love using Elemis products …

I love using Elemis products and found Little Skin Shop a few years ago, I've never had any issues using them, always been so pleased with my purchases and the prices are very good compared to purchasing products from the official Elemis website, unfortunately I've recently noticed that they have no stock available at all which I am gutted about.

I've regularly bought my Elemis products from this site and have never had any problems. Products all perfect.
Only thing is now they don't seem to have any pro collagen marine cream. Not sure if they are still in business or struggling to get Products with covid. I will come back and try again

Communication is awful

I ordered 3 items from little skin shop. They got in touch to say one item was unavailable and they would refund it. The other 2 items would be posted out to me asap. I received a package the next day however it only contained one of the items. I have emailed them 3 times in the last 10 days asking for the missing item to be sent out, however have received no communication at all. Not even an acknowledgement. This was the first time using them and I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone. The items purchased were expensive to not receive them or a refund is inexcusable.

No refund received and no communication either

I placed an order with the Little Skin Shop on the 23/10/2020. They cancelled the order on the 26/10/2020. On the 11/11/2020 I emailed requesting when my refund will be actioned. No response at all from them as at today's date 19/11/2020. And no refund either. Rather disappointing as I have successfully purchased from them before. Communication is key in situations like this and I believe they have had sufficient time to respond. I have today raised a dispute and will not be purchasing from them again.

Buyer beware - avoid like the plague!

*Con artists - buyer beware!*
Having placed several orders with LittleSkinShop previously I was pleased with the products. However, I placed a large order which included two Elemis Illuminating Balms, one for myself and other as a gift. I used the one balm and put it over my face but the smell was absolutely vulgar, it had clearly gone-off. Thinking I would return that one, I opened the second and smelled it and it was exactly the same - repulsive smell which was clearly passed its best.
I contacted LittleSkinShop and advised them that I would be returning the products for a refund. I sent them both back recorded delivery. A week later I contacted them again and they advised due to their returns policy they would not be refunding me the money for the products! Their returns policy states that any products that are opened would not be eligible for a refund!! This is an absurd return policy due to the nature of the products sold - you have to open them to know if the products are suitable for spreading on your face!! Zero customer service. Will never receive my regular custom again. Avoid like the plague!

I started using Elemis years ago when I visited my hair salon. When I moved I tried to find another salon but then I tried the Little Skin shop. I have never had a problem with delivery. I have never been disappointed.
Great products. Would recommend to anyone.

no product, no response , scam company

I ordered a product from this company 10 days ago, nothing has arrived and HERMES is saying “unable to deliver “.

No one responds to my emails and I found a telephone number which doesn’t work.

My opinion is this must be a scam company - avoid as there are many other trusted sites to purchase beauty products from. Lesson learnt.

I have reported them to PayPal and opened a case against them.

Avoid.

My order never arrived and I got no help

My order never arrived, although the delivery company said that it was delivered. No idea where they delivered it to as I was in all day and nothing showed up.
Emailed littleskinshop to tell them and all I got was a curt reply telling me that the item was delivered. Not good customer service.

Beware sent wrong product

Beware sent wrong product. Very difficult to contact company! Reply not worthy of the company
Might have got product changed if I'd have found an easy way of doing so. Providing goods at a cheaper price doesnt mean abandoning any customer service ethos!
Sadly found their email after a lot of looking and got the least customer orientated reply ever.... it was about my responsibilities not theres. So I shall exercise a care of duty and not use your organisation again! Hopefully other customers dont have to encounter your lack of sympathy !

I have ordered various products from…

I have ordered various products from this website and it is 100% genuine. Just ordered my 3rd pot of the cleansing balm. I used to buy all my elemis products from John Lewis until I found this website, I was obviously skeptical at first, and I can always spot a fake product but this is definitely genuine and exactly the same as what I bought from John Lewis. Speedy shipping too.
