I wrote to them giving feedback about a quality issue - I had bought from them on more than one occasion and my most recent purchase has required me to sew up holes in the band multiple times.

This is the response I received:

Thank you for getting in touch. With our Kiki Latte style, we haven’t received any other complaints regarding the sizing or the material, so I’m unsure what may have happened in this instance.

We also haven’t had a restock of this colour, so the batch has remained the same.

As far as we are aware, there are no manufacturing or sizing faults with this item, so I’m not sure what to suggest in terms of trying a different size.

Unapologetic, unreceptive of feedback, and unwilling to help. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The band sizing runs a bit small, and the cups are very padded. They are beautiful bras but just be weary of what size you are going to order. Otherwise good xx

Tbh I was a bit disappointed with the product, but it was okay. The shopping experince and shipping process is good. Horribly expensive from another country though...
But what makes me give them 2 stars is that they only publish 4 and 5 stars product-reviews on their website. There are no critical and neutral reviews there at all and my two somewhat more neutral/not satisfied reviews did not get published. When I sent them an email about this they said they were gonna take my comments from the review into consideration. But just dodget the question about publishing critical reviews. This is very shady business in my opinion. Their customer service seems very automated and does not really provide any help.

Amazing company, I have no idea what these people are going on about! If you speak to the customer service team they will help in anyway, but I wasn't aggressive! I used the guide which was off, but the lady explained its a guideline as its difficult to measure yourself which I completely understand. She offered me a free returns label and an exchange for a different size. I think people need to remember if you're kind to people they will be kind back! Will definitely use this company again, I would give them 10 STARS if I could!

I bought 4 bras, but the first one i wore, had raised edges on the joins and label which irritated my back, was quite sore. However they not interested, and they had no interest in investigating my actual bra. I returned all 4 bras, but only received a refund for the 3 unworn, They said no one else had complained - so what - I was. I have been buying bras for 50 years, and i have had instances where this has happened before and the company have always refunded the errant bra. Not this company and they have no interest. HOWEVER THEIR WEBSITE ""GUARANTEES"" COMFORT. which clearly a misrepresentation.

The items I ordered arrived beautifully packaged and on time. the bras are very well made. they are soft and comfortable and absolutely perfect for my very flat chest. They give me a bit of shape under a t shirt and stop me from feeling self conscious.
i will definitely buy from them again.

Good selection of lingerie, easy to use website and quick dispatch of the item. I had previously bought the same style of bra in a store, so knew it would fit.

I thought I would invest in some good quality bras that are meant to fit small boobs, as I was sick of my cheap, ill-fitting ones. I used their online calculator and was surprised at the size it told me I was, so I double checked with someone on live chat. They assured me the calculator was accurate and their customers swore by it. The bras arrive and they're absolutely tiny and don't fit at all. I package everything back up to be returned and realise that I have to pay for the return, even though their calculator is wrong. What's the point in a website for small boobs if their calculator is wrong? And then you have to pay return postage? They don't even offer exchanges. Bizarre company. Won't be ordering from them again.

Delivery was quick, items came in packaged lovley, items i ordered were absolutely gorgeous. So glad i found little women the hassle trying to find lingerie and bras that are pretty to fit before was a nightmare

I don't recommend it for international customers from USA. Return cost from USA to UK is $100. It's not worth it. It doesn't make it easy for international customers who order to first try out sizes and right fit. It's too expensive to return and they don't allow free exchange of items.

I took the plunge & spent a lot of money on a bra & thong from here. The thong that arrived was low quality & different to the item I'd ordered, it was a size small but more like a UK size 12. The quality was similar to Primark thongs, it felt cheap and was not pretty. The bra was very comfortable and the cup size was good, however that's where the positives end. The bra was not supportive & doesn't stay in place, it was too big around the chest despite following the sizing guidelines, the cups were slightly cone shaped & not attractive. There was too much material across the cup so it didn't lie flat. I would never wear it out of the house as the cup shape looks strange & I'm very uncomfortable wearing it. I'll be going back to Primark bras. I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase.

I would recommend this company. I bought some bras for my daughter which were too small. Both the delivery and refund process were very good so I shall be trying again!

Ordered bras with removable pads. When they arrived they were also padded even when pads removed plus quality wasn't great. Return cost.me.£6+. I emailed them and they didn't even bother to reply. Would not use them sgain

I have been desperate to find some nice fitting bras for my painfully flat chest for some time! They always gaped and made me feel horrible, so finding little women has been amazing. The bras fitted brilliantly and felt well designed for little women like myself! I will never buy my bras anywhere else.

Fantastic company, fast delivery and nice items. Anything that wasn't suitable was easy to return. I returned two items on Monday and recieved a refund the very next day, now thats what I call service. Excellent!

Would give no stars if I could! Expect it is a scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! So disappointed, was excited to finally find a place to buy what seemed like decent bras for the smaller chested woman, alas it has proven to be a waste of time and money. I ordered the bra and got a confirmation that it would be delivered the next day via a courier service and was even given a ‘tracking number’ despite numerous emails to the customer services email and reassurances from them ‘that it’s due to be delivered today’ I am yet to receive it and am out of pocket. I have requested a refund however as not going to hold my breath as I suspect this company is nothing more than a scam! Don’t waste your time or money!
