I put in an order which included a goodie bag of a value of 120 euro and received an order confirmation and they took the payment. I later received an email from the company advising me that i didnt qualify for the goodie bag, they had made a mistake and would I like to cancel my order. they didnt explain why i no longer qualify but i assume it's because once i went to pay the order i used a voucher bringing the amount of my order below the theshold (by under 10 euro). the system did not alert me that this voucher couldnt be used and my order went through and was confirmed, including the goodie bag. I would have not used the voucher had i known. The company did not offer to honour the order with goodie bag despite acknowledging that the situation was not my fault and that the terms regarding the Goodie Bag and voucher use were not made transparent enough. they didnt even suggest that i pay the 10 euro of the voucher (which would have been cheeky but at least constructive). VERY VERY disapoointed.

The customer service keeps in contact, of course with a lot of ads as well but I got my stuff in time several times. The quality of the products are good as well, no fakes until now. Some small samples do come as well but you can't chose them.

My order was over 75 euro, did not receive any of the free samples that were promised, and the free mask was also the incorrect type. When I contacted their customer service, all they did was to try to get me to order more stuff from their website. I guess next time I'll just pick a different company.

I’ve been ordering my skin-care from this website for years. It’s always delivered really quickly, packaged well and you get extra goodies! The products are excellent, and the information on the website is great. My favourite brand is iUnik because it’s so budget friendly and doesn’t contain too many ingredients.

I messed up last time I ordered and forgot to add a product to my cart before ordering, so I quickly sent them a message on WhatsApp and everything was handled within 15m. It was packaged the same day and I received it the next day, including the product that was added later. Kudos!

Only wish they had more cleansing waters to choose from.

I am disappointed,
I usually buying my sunscreen etude sunprise mild airy in little wonderland, but this time makes me really disappointed. The last time I buy this sunscreen on 2023 and I got the sunscreen with long expiry date until 2026.
And this time September 2024 I bought again 2 sunscreen from them. I thought I will got the sunscreen with longer expiry date or minimum expiry date on 2026. But I got both of them expiry date on June 2025. Yes just few months from now.

Good quality products with many brands to choose from. Samples are nice, but a bit more variety would be nice as I have received the same ones a few times. Unfortunately a bit expensive but if you don’t have the opportunity to go to Asia this is an alternative to go for.

Loved the packaging, the prices and the variety of korean brands they have. After I came from Japan, I was looking forward to find a place to buy this type of cosmetic and I finally did.

I am a regular costumer of little wonderland since last few years. I never had any problems receiving my shipment or with my orders. But on my last purchase they send me fake advanced Snail 96 mucin by (COSREX) when I opened it smells like a plastic I had a doubt in the beginning but anyway I planned to give a try cause I am using it since 2021 and of course I had fate on little wonderland. I didn’t suspect that they are selling fake mucin as well. After using it few weeks my skin started to breakout badly which isn’t healing yet. I can’t believe how can this website can be this careless with their products. I was your genuine client until the date and I always recommended people around me to buy from your website.

My order arrived really quickly and the items were very well packed. My order was from the Netherlands to Spain and it only took four days for my order to arrive! The parcel tracking was good and I even got some lovely small samples.

Received different product than the one advertised

It’s the absolute best when it comes to Korean skincare. Not only do they ship to Germany, they also give you a bunch of gifts and goodies.
I always order for around 80-120€ and the last time I got an original sized big pack with Cleanser and Lotion! I just ordered and they gifted me not only a Tote Bag but also an original sized sunscreen and face masks !
They are my absolute favorite and I will always order again :)

Fast delivery 3 days to Bratislava(Slovakia). Lots of little testers inside the box. Original Korean product! Good price. And during delivery I exactly knew where my package was, because I have got a tracking number imminently after ordering. Absolutely recommend! 5 stars :)

I love that they have a wide range of dfferent Korean brands and products for reasonable prices. And so far I'm happy with what I bought from them. I also like their fast deliveries.

I have bought products from them (brick-and-mortar and online) and a few times there was something amiss (spoon was missing in the Laneige lip product and damaged packaging for another product). I get that this happens sometimes. I contacted customer service both instances and they offered a great solution both times.

I think it says a lot about a company on how they treat their customers when things doesn't go over smoothly and how they handle the situation in such cases. I was more than happy with how they solved it for me!

Shipping and the package with goodies was awesome, thanks for that. But the products, Pyungkang yul in this case was giving my skin many pimples, which i wouldnt had without using the products, even when the brand is known for being sensitive to the skin. So my Skin got more hydrated and better overall, but with more pimples everywhere that pop off all the time it got kind of useless to spend so much money.

I LOOOOVE Little Wonderland!! Ever since my friend introduced me to the site a few months ago i have ordered a few packages and my expirience each time is the best.

First of all, the customer service is sooo professional. I ordered the kissme heroine eyeliner but the tip was split and the product was dried out. I send an email with proof and all and they replied literally within 10 min. I was positively in shock! They gave me an option of a 2nd one for free or a voucher. I chose the eyeliner and got it really quick.
Well then the second eyeliner was also not working and i send them an email and proof (displaying both of the eyeliners and how they dont work) and i also got a reply really fast. They again gave me a choice of or getting a voucher or a refund. And i chose the refund which i got within 10 buisness days. They put trust in me and i thank you for that deeply. I talked with Hang both times, they were super sweet, patient, professional and helpful. So, thank you Hang if you are reading this.

They have a huge selection of skincare and way more makeup than other sites. Plus, the prices are really, really good. The fact that you get free shipping and a free sheet mask when you spend 40 euros is a fantastic deal in my opinion.

The site is really easy to navigate, there are often also a lot of great discounts. They give you a lot of samples most of the time! (only one time out of the 5 or 6 times that i ordered from them i didnt get samples, but it is not a big deal.)

Shipping is crazy fast!! I live in Belgium and i get my package in like 1-3 days. the package is so cute, easy to open and well protected.

I had been looking for a k-beauty reseller that worked well for Europe because in the past when I had ordered from Y*style I had to pay the customs fee and it just ended up being too expensive for me. Since I’d never heard of LittleWonderland I was a bit skeptical but I’m certain that from now on they’re who I’m buying from. They have some variety of products and great prices, with the shipping time being about what I’d expected (a few days over 1 week). You probably won’t regret buying from them!

Amazing shopping experience and great selections! But, on top of that, really good deals compared to competitors. Absolutely recommend ;)
