Got 2 reminders littlewoods re missing…

Got 2 reminders littlewoods re missing payments .I had paid by direct debit.They said i had missed payment and it would affect my credit scored.Rung customer service in south africa .Operator had wrong account ,called chima.A really ignorant woman.She refused to apologise said couldnt make complain and had no boss.what soirt of mickey mouse company are littlewoods now.I wont shop again with them and what sort of company has no complaints mechanism.And why are they employing ignorant women like chima.

Very bizzare company... words of there credit control agent... You have paid offd a large chunkof your debt MR spriggs so therefore we have put you on a temporay credit hold.. usless....

Now time to get legal advice.

After months of being ignored after a warranty claim I am now getting legal advice from trading standards and an independent legal team . They have ignored the fact that the item is dangerous and fail to comply with distance selling laws .
