We moved from Zoho Desk to LiveAgent…

We moved from Zoho Desk to LiveAgent after having a few issues with not only bugs but userbility and support and we are really impressed with the service, not only was it fast to intergrate, but it is incredibly intuative and easy to use. Tagging and reports have given us valuable data, I can keep an eye on my staff without feeling intrusive and we have saved a lot of time and money with email automation. My only wish is that the reporting was more intuitive.

Live Agent has changed the way we interact with customers on a more personal level. It also provides a way to assist them in real time and quickly direct them to links around our website. The software is easy to use for the admin and customer.

Great online live support software!

Super easy to set up and become 'live'. Very clean and easy to use - the customizations allowed to match my website designs and colors is great! Ability to have an online knowledge base that looks clean and professional. So much better than our last live chat system!!

Reliable and packed full of features

We were evaluating a lot of helpdesk …

We were evaluating a lot of helpdesk softwares, but only LiveAgent fulfilled all of our needs perfectly. It´s a thin line between "Easy to setup" and "Adjust everything", but that´s what makes it good. Even though it is a lot to adjust in order to adapt the offline helpdesk to your company needs, it is really simple and their support is very helpful and nice if it comes to any questions.

Altogether, I would recommend LiveAgent to anyone who is looking for a good and easy-to-use helpdesk software. Keep up the good work!
