Do not deal with this company. Total scam!!! They will authorize you to return their useless product (getvisionfocus) at your cost. You do that and wait for your refund that never comes!!! SAVE YOUR $$$. Don’t waste time or money on this company!
Dont deal with this company under any circumstance. Their products are a sham and when you try to return them you are given a Lithuanian address with difficult conditions and high cost. This however is not the worst problem. In addition the debited my credit card with an unorthorised sum of £105.00. This was eventually refunded but they then took another unauthorised sum of £59.99. Im stiil trying to reclaim this.

Disappointed with the device - no better than my current indoor aerial. Similar problems with billing but the refund was made extremely quickly for item not ordered.
Don’t go anywhere near this company avoid at all cost extremely underhanded as the quoted price for a HD Antenna at £35.74 then invoices for item not ordered for £105. Trying to return the item is a nightmare with a constant stream of EMails getting nowhere fast. I suppose in end I will chuck it in the bin as it don't work and put it down to experience
Don’t touch this company with a barge pole! Deceptive is an understatement! I ordered an HD Antenna costing £35.74 with shipping costs. On top of that they then charged me £59.99 for a VIP membership which I didn’t ask for and then another £6.60 for a lifetime warranty again which I didn’t ask for. I’m having them investigated.
