I cannot believe they have cut the Basketball Champions League Final and have not shown the ceremony. It is really dissapointing and unprofessional, can you imagine that the broadcast stops in the Football Champions League Final Ceremony? Ridiculous.

I have used them for couple of tournaments and I dont get people giving it a 1* because it was not UHD or slightly laggy. Be reasonable people. Service for the price is pretty OK, could be better but not too bad which is better than watching on other stream services if you cant watch it on your local TV channels. I like the fact that you can watch 2 games at the time with split screen (you can watch 4, but wouldn't recommend), so you could follow different games if FIBA has a silly schedule putting up games every 30 mins as always. 3* is for average, and that's what the service is - Average.

Have been pretty decent in streaming the games from FIBA 2019 so far. The player could do with some updating, but other than that a top-notch stream for a cheap price.

Extremely low quality. Max 576p and lagging as hell. Still have 45-50 Mbps of bandwith avaliable with speed tests.
And they even lie about it when you contact the customer service and claim that "We incorporate high quality adaptive streaming when available, so will always provide you with the best quality video available on your internet connection. You can manually set the bitrate to highest rate available".
Yeah, that bitrate is 576p and looks not so well (to not use inappropriate language) on a large TV - especially with the lagging and audio out of sync. And is not even just the live games. It is on everything. I thought Strivesport was unserious poor quality and hustlers. This is even worse!

Shame on FIBA for allowing them to provide the stream without having just a minimum of demands!

This is definitely a scam. DO NOT subscribe to them. Non of the games are available and they blame "geo location"......The game I wanted to watch was not available in any country.

Terrible streaming service and as someone else have already said, I would rate ZERO star if I could.
You cannot even access to the contents from my region(Australia) which wasn't even mentioned in T&C.
I tried to ask about geo restriction to support but no one ever replied bak to me.
This is a joke.

They charge me but can’t watch anything,says no games scheduled for today and the games are on the way Fiba2019.

Having been a member for the whole of the 2017/18 BBL season so far I am yet to watch a game from beginning to end with no drop outs. And even when it is working the quality leaves a lot to be desired, I absolutely would not recommend this site to anyone. Why the hell is a commercial video streaming service still using flash in 2018?

I had problems trying to watch the first BBL match last night and was told there were problems with the WiFi at the venue. Maybe true but I’ve had a similar experience before and been told to clear my cache and stil nothing happened. So annoying. Not impressed. I asked for a refund and they cancelled my membership.

I paid 8,99 Euro just to watch all games in HD as it is promoted on their website. However the quality is more like 240p and is not even close to enjoy it.

I can find better streams online without paying. Just wanted to support Livebasketball.tv and watch games without any extra effort to search for HD streams, but it seems like I will cancel my subscription and never buy it again.

I have had problems with this site without a significant help from their side. their customer service tells nothing but clear your cache. After I did what they said 10 times, their site still did not give me acces to see the game. I am not living in the list of prohibited countries either. however, I could get in from my job with the same computer. So there is clearly a problem with my IP at home. however, they still continued to tell me "clear your cache". I see other people having problems as well with access.
