Code had problems to connect online

Code had problems yesterday evening, it redeemed but I had no access to online services. Today I checked it again, and it did work now.
It was a bummer for me that I could nog play yesterday, even after multiple resets.

Don’t buy Xbox game pass keys from them

I bought a code for Xbox Gamepass Ultimate one month and it specifically stated that it should work in Sweden.

When I used it it didn’t work in Sweden. When I contacted them they treated me like the bad guy and demanded much more information than they needed to be able to give me a refund or a new code.

So I still don’t have a code that works or a refund.
I warn people from using them

Awful support after receiving an already redeemed key

I bought a 10 euro steam gift card, the code did not work on redemption. I reached out to livecard.net support they asked me to send a bunch of screenshots, which I did, then they asked me to create a support ticket to steam to ask about this. Steam support said that the code has already been redeemed. I reached out to livecard.net support with this new information, they asked for more screenshots, which I supplied, then their final answer was that I will have to wait indefinitely until they resolve this with Steam support. ALL FOR A 10 euro GIFTCARD! I highly discourage everyone to buy anything from this site.

Payment was successful

Payment was successful, but the verification process took too long for a digital product. Support helped eventually, but the delay was stressful. Hope delivery becomes faster in the future.

Provided codes didn't work and even when I provided all the evidence that supported my claim they just kept sticking their head in sand. Last time I buyed from them.
