Don't sign up

I receive 3 or 4 emails a day from Live Energized promoting various courses you can do with Ross Bridgeford, so I decided to sign up for a trial period of a month for his Alkaline Base Camp. Having signed up I received nothing by email and had to email 3 times before receiving an apologetic answer, offering an extra month free. I agreed, so then I got one email giving me sign-in details, which I did. This is what I was supposed to get: "From the second you join, you get me, one-on-one as much as you need me, whenever you need me, to coach you to YOUR health goals, no matter what they are.
Immediately you'll get a personal email from me, asking you some questions, so we can get to know each other.
We then start to formulate your 'Kickstart Plan', and you get instant access to the 'Four Core Actions' that every member does every single day to get huge results."
I got nothing, no second email. So I emailed again, and again had to email 3 times, and in my last one I told him to cancel my subscription. I finally got his reply: "Totally understand, I've cancelled everything. On me. "
What a shame.

Still Awaiting NEWS of Delivery of order made 27th June

I ordered and paid for water filter cartridge refills at £140, for a Chanson Miracle Max machine on 27th June, (having previously purchased the Chanson from LiveEnergized at £2,000 a few years ago!)

Received confirmation of payment from LiveEnergized, but no further details eg delivery! (The most important info required on confirmation of purchase!)

Despite my three emails requiring delivery info to them, and, ringing their phone number which immediately invites voicemails only (obviously to prioritise which calls to return - not mine as they've received my funds!) NO CONTACT FROM THEM.

Had to involve PayPal in the end. Obviously LiveEnergized emailed me because of paypal's involvement, saying 'didn't know when package was due in the UK anytime soon, would I like a refund instead'?

REGRETTABLY I suggested instead of refund that cartridges could be sent to an address in US as my daughter is there currently but coming to UK in seven days. WHAT AN IDIOT I AM, I SHOULD HAVE ACCEPTED REFUND!!!

Received reply email from LiveEnergized asking for her address, which I gave. Did I receive response? NO, OF COURSE NOT. Back to square one!

Email resent. No response. Email resent, no response.

I've given up and have asked PayPal to escalate further which they've agreed to.

My personal experience of this company is that sadly they have no Customer Service dept.

There are 'very regular' emails sent from the very same email address I've used/had response, advertising further products to purchase (this company promotes/sells healthy-lifestyle products!)

What's the use promoting a more beneficial lifestyle if your customers are pulling their hair out waiting for a reply from you after you've accepted their money?????
