Over two months of waiting for defib…
Over two months of waiting for defib pads, no response to support requests other than 6 weeks ago telling me they would check on courier status and report back in 24 hours...I wouldn't say I'm particularly impressed. Communication of delays and issues...zero, stars, responding to customer support enquiries? Yep, that's a zero. Request for a refund...yeah, you guessed it. Initiating action against them next week if this has no affect.
