I have been waiting for a refund for over 5 months and status of my requests ticket remained in progress status, they even don’t bother to reply to the tickets and emails, then the one person who own this scum virtualization portal, closed all those tickets and complains and that’s it, refused even reply to my emails and issue any refund, a trash scum service if can be defined.
Been waiting for a refund for over a month. Apparently it's "still in progress". In other words the student who runs this outfit from his bedroom has spunked the money on hi monthly subscription of goat porn and can't refund it.

No Address No Tel, No Tech. Support, Server poorly configured.. Paid for 3 domains. They went down after 2 months!! What a rip off?...up till now no response from them...
I have been using it for 1.5 years. Two days ago, a server was suspended. No information made. I've opened a support statement, no answer for 24 hours. My files are gone. No phone numbers on their sites, contact only by ticket. no answer in my ticket. I still don't know why my account was suspended. Also,my vps server is the customer panel seems to be active. but, slousvm also looks suspended. In short, customer panels only serve to make payments, everything else is showable.
Really happy to be a part of Liveinhost and the customer support is excellent. Far better than the so called giant hosting providers out there.
Customer support via skype is great, usually answer within 1 hour.
