Amazing Customer Service

Amazing Customer Service. Their customer service team was incredible in helping me replace it and gave me another water bottle when mine got lost. I'm eager to receive my water bottle, as I really need one for work, and I've heard great things about the company.

Extremely happy

I love the water bottle. The rubber of the straw ripped and they immediately replaced it. Then I dropped the bottle, the lid snapped off, they immediately replaced that as well. I couldn’t be happier with the bottle and the customer service has been exemplary. I just ordered another in yellow.

Above and beyond from LARQ

I am so, so pleased with the Customer Experience team at LARQ. My partner accidentally damaged the plastic cap on her 34-oz Swig Top bottle, and the team at LARQ was incredibly kind enough to support a replacement. Shout out to Patricio. People helping people is the best thing, and LARQ does it well! You've made a lifelong customer.

Great product but shipping is awful

Great product but they really need to address the shipping issues. Every delivery tracking number via Royal Mail never works and always says “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item”. What’s the point in tracking if this is the case?

Dispatching an item also takes too long, on average it takes about two days to even get an email to say it’s been sent. That’s with the bottles and filter refills, I’ve also chased to asked what’s going on before and they take just as long to reply.

Deliveries should match that of when filters are depleted, I’ve been drinking without the bottles main purpose (filter) now for about 4/5 days since it depleted and I’m still waiting for delivery.

LARQ please revise your logistics/shipping, it causes a lot of frustration.

Great Customer Service

My Purevis 2 had a defective cap. Customer service was quick to solve the issue and send a replacement. Spare part was temporarily out of stock, but they got back to me as soon as they received new ones. Shipping was also super fast.

Customer support very helpful

Customer support was very helpful troubleshooting the issue I was experiencing with my PureVis2 bottle, provided various approaches to solve the issue and ultimately helped fulfilling a warranty claim.
Would buy again from this brand after this experience.

Broken lid

After two days our daughter dropped her bottle, the lid snapped clean off and two tiny but powerful magnets were dislodged. We have a toddler and this is a major concern.

Ok product horrible customer service

Since December 30, I have been in contact with Larq via email regarding a broken cap. At first, they were very helpful and even said they would send me another bottle, as the broken part was the seal of the cap and it was not my fault.

On January 5, they told me they would ship a bottle to the invoice address I provided in the PDF as proof of purchase, and that I would receive an email with the shipping information. The country of destination was Portugal. After that, I received no further contact.

On January 23, I sent a follow-up email to check what had happened. On January 27, they replied, saying that the package had been returned to the sender, but at least they confirmed they would ship it again and asked me to confirm the address, which I did.

On February 13, I sent another email to follow up since I had still not received any information. They replied on February 17, stating that the shipment had arrived at a DHL service point and provided a tracking code, which showed that the package had not even left the Netherlands.

I replied asking what address the package was being sent to and why I had not received any information when the package was shipped, but I have not received any replies since then. Katherine was handling my case.

8 months later.. Read this before buying!

I purchased the live larq pure vis 2 roughly 8 months ago and since then I have wanted to leave a review but I couldn't on their website? The black stainless steel gets super hot in any amount of sunshine so get white to be safe. The filter rattles in the bottle when empty so carrying it around makes a bell sound every step you take. The filters are expensive and I have stopped replacing them for that reason. I use it now mainly for the uv led which kills bacteria however you have to clean the bottle as much as a regular one. The uv doesn't hit the filter itself nor the mouthpiece which get the most bacteria on them so the product only does half the job. The lid doesn't seal properly! the slightest knock leaves it open so you can't keep it in your bag or it will leak otherwise which is really annoying. You are paying for plastic filter components when you are trying to reduce microplastics. The design could be improved massively in keeping with the reasons why you would buy it in the first place. It's a temporary product it is not meant to last a lifetime and I think people see it as an investment but it's a subscription you are really paying for. This type of portable filtered water product is the way to go though. It's mostly the only container I drink from, however it can definitely be improved. The app is redundant it doesn't log what I'm drinking and the bottle definitely doesn't clean itself every 2 hours. The light will turn on in dark places in your room at night or the cinema and it can be a nuisance sometimes. I have tested the filter with chalky tap water and the taste is the same no filtering by taste so I am dubious about the actual filtering of this product. Hope that helps! I don't see people talking about this stuff in reviews and considering I couldn't write a review on their website that says a lot! Still use it everyday but it's more out of habit, the actual benefits you supposedly get is another thing. Stainless steel and uv light pros everything else is questionable with a number of downsides, especially cost. I'd pay £60 for this product and the key thing I'd pay £15 for 12 months worth of filters.

Outstanding product

Outstanding product, even better customer support!

I’ve been using LARQ and I genuinely understand why the brand has such a strong reputation. The bottle feels premium, the design is clean, and the overall user experience is exactly what you expect at this price point simple, high-quality, and built for daily use.

What really impressed me, though, was the customer support. When I had an issue with the PureVis 2 cap, the team handled it fast and professionally. They asked for the right information, approved the warranty quickly, and arranged a replacement cap without unnecessary back-and-forth. Clear communication, efficient process, and no “runaround.”

In short: premium product + premium service. This is how a serious brand should operate. I’m happy to recommend LARQ and I’ll continue using it.

The bottle cap broke after two years only!

The bottle cap lasted just over two years and then failed due to a heat sensor no longer working. Customer service was not able to diagnose and repair the 'orange light' issue and their solution was to offer me a 30% discount on buying a new cap for £60. Very disappointed in the quality of the cap and customer service. It is already expensive especially if it only lasts two years.

I am not normally a gushing reviewer but the experience I have had with LARQ customer service has been exemplary. Responsive, fair, and nice to interact with. I had an issue with my PureVis 2 cap and they are sending me a replacement. We love our Larq products and the support is top notch!

Very bad

UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS QUITE A DISAPPOINTMENT
We have bought the Larq pitcher PureVis a month ago. When we started using it (we followed carefully all the instructions for the first use), we noticed the taste was pretty bad. After using it for some days, the bad taste went away, but we did not feel much of a difference from the tap water. So we bought a TDS and EC tester and THE RESULTS LEFT US SPEECHLESS! We tested bottled water, tap water and Larq-filtered water. Bottled water had the best results regarding the purity of the water. Tap water had the worst results. But the water filtered with the Larq pitcher PureVis improved the quality of the tap water SO LITTLE that, based on the water quality charts, it results just equal to common unfiltered water! We expected definitely more, especially considering the price

The LARQ Filters are designed to keep the beneficial minerals in your water and remove contaminants that have a negative health impact. TDS meters only measure the total amount of dissolved solids in parts per million or ppm. Some harmful contaminants can be dangerous in just parts per billion (ppb) or even parts per trillion (ppt). For example, lead, chromium-6, and arsenic are toxic at parts per billion concentration which the TDS meter cannot pick up.

TDS meters are also a nonselective measurement and cannot differentiate among different ions. For example, you could have a high TDS meter reading but no harmful contaminants in your water. Some healthy minerals like potassium, magnesium, and calcium can actually cause your TDS meter to spike.

For those reasons and more, we do not follow the TDS method. Our goal is to design filters that can be effective with the added benefit of having longer filter life (better for the environment), better flow rates, less prone to clogging, and overall better user experience compared to filters that target an arbitrary "zero" dissolved solid reading.

It's okay.

The bottle seems to work well, but the app is not that great. It does not even acknowledge drinking water sometimes. The bottle tries to log it and the app does not follow through about 25% of the time.

No customer service! Do not buy from this company.

I received my water purifying bottle. It is crap. The bottle is of cheap material. $100 for this type of product is terrible. I highly advise staying away from this company as I've tried to return the product and I sent seven emails to their customer support and had to know response to my issue of returning this product. Buyer beware. There are much better water bottles on the market for a lot less money.

Quick and Helpful Customer Care

I love my Larq products. I recently purchased the 680ml Pure Vis 2 bottle as my 1000 ml was a little heavy when running errands. The lip on the cap of the new bottle didn't snap shut securely so I reached out to their customer care. The response was swift and helpful. I sent them a short video of the issue and they mailed me a new bottle cap, which arrived a few days later. Was very pleased with how quickly they resolved my issue!
