Was in 2 minds

Hadn't really heard of these guys b4, but after ordering the swatches i was happy to place an order. And i must say im very pleased i did. Such a delight, was kept upto date, offered flexible delivery dates, and rubbish was taken away too.

Love the colours

Haven't ordered just yet, but the selection and quality of materials is really high grade. We've even tested the stain protection and it works on coffee and chocolate too!

So this is my 4th update on my…

So this is my 4th update on my experience with LiveLusso 😏. So after ordering my 5 sofas in December, 3 were sent for delivery in June and 2 never came. Livelusso blamed the delivery company!!! The 3 sofas that were sent were damaged, the delivery men couldn’t fix them so they had to be returned. Anyways since then I have been trying to get my money back. There has been a lot of correspondence and tbf the customer service have been friendly even tho they haven’t really resolved anything. Anyway today they finally refunded me but kept £700.00 of my money for delivery charges!!!!!unbelievable. So again they are causing me no end of stress and although they have refunded some of my money I still have to take them to the small claims court for the remainder of my money. I can’t believe the cheek of this company they have charged me delivery for 3 damaged sofas and for 2 sofas they never sent!!!! I’m sick of dealing with these charlatans. I will be contacting them on Monday and if they don’t return my money will be submitting my small claims claim on Wednesday. I will also be requesting the cost of taking them to court and the interest foe the whole amount from December. Will keep you all updated……..

1. **Split Delivery:** As per our policy, large orders such as yours may be split into multiple deliveries to ensure safe handling and transport. We communicated this and provided evidence that all items were checked into Panther for delivery.

2. **Damaged Sofa Leg:** We sincerely apologize for the damaged leg on one of the sofas. Our policy states that any damaged parts will be replaced as a priority. Unfortunately, you chose to return all three sofas and cancel your entire order rather than allowing us to resolve this issue.

3. **Cancellation Policy:** Our items are made to order, and cancelling at such a late stage incurs a 25% fee to cover production, shipping, and delivery costs. Despite this, we only charged you a restocking fee, which is significantly lower than the cancellation fee. Additionally, we offered alternatives where you could avoid the restocking fee if you accepted the remainder of your order.

4. **Delivery Delays:** We communicated delivery delays throughout the process. As stated on our website, delivery dates are guidance only due to the nature of manufacturing and shipping abroad. This model allows us to keep prices low and offer free delivery and assembly, which is a great value to our customers.

5. **Resolution Efforts:** A member of our management team reached out to offer solutions, but these were not accepted. Despite the situation, we refrained from charging the full cancellation fee, which we could have done.

6. **Complimentary Item:** To make up for the delay and inconvenience, we offered you a complimentary item valued at £550, which you accepted. Despite this, you still chose to cancel your order. We feel this is unfair as we went above and beyond to resolve the situation and demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the stress this has caused. We have been transparent in our communications and tried to offer fair resolutions. We hope to resolve this amicably and avoid further disputes.

Used me as a bank for 5 months⁹

Used me as a bank for 5 months! Never delivered sofa, costumer service terrible! If you want to lose your sanity for near half a year, deposit a couple of grand with these jokers! No sofa, waiting on refund. They claim to have lost my sofa on 2 occasions now. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE ROGUE TRADERS! Also blocked me from giving feedback on socials as soon as I flagged problem and had no responses through normal channels. Great at presenting a good offering on social and marketing, but can not deliver on anything. Below comments are complete fabrication. My original refund came as a result of my bank seeking this as part of credit terms. Blaming your delivery guys seems to a common occurrence as per other reviews, the colours did not match the swatch you sent! And finally I replied to your SM accounts through my own account, but you blocked this as you don't want other potential customers to see what you are really about. Others have also noted this. 1 tip I would advise people is to try calling their support line and see if they ever pick up

2. **Alternative Sofa Offered:** We informed you that we had a sofa matching your specifications, originally produced for our showrooms. Due to a delay in the showroom opening, we offered this sofa to you. You chose to return and purchase this sofa.

3. **Split Delivery:** Panther delivered one out of three parts of the sofa to you. Our policy states that split deliveries can sometimes occur. The remaining parts were scheduled for delivery.

4. **Color Discrepancy:** You refused the delivery, stating that the wrong color was sent. You used current website images to compare to your order. We explained and provided evidence of a switch in fabric suppliers since you placed your order. Your order was made with the previous version of the fabric, and swatches were sent to you as evidence. This information is also provided on our product page to avoid confusion. We can confirm that the color you ordered was sent, not a different color.

5. **Prompt Refund:** Despite the situation, we issued a refund promptly without any cancellation or restocking charges, which we could have applied.

6. **Customer Behavior:** It is important to note that you threatened to create multiple fake profiles and harassed and intimidated our staff. This behavior is unacceptable, and you were warned that repeated offenses would result in banning, as we do not tolerate abuse.

7. **Communication and Resolutions:** If no communication ever took place, how did we offer two refunds and arrange for the second sofa to be delivered? We tried to ensure you were not left without a sofa by offering an alternative, which you chose to purchase again from us. This indicates confidence in our company.

Better than pics

The pics don't do the sofa justice. I would post pics here but cant seem to find the option. I guess some things are best enjoyed in person :)

Poor quality sofa, not worth months of waiting

I finally received the sofa I ordered. Initially, it looked good, but after a few weeks of use, I noticed the foam is shrinking, the fabric is turning yellowish from cream, and the overall quality is poor. For £1,200, it's not worth the money - and definitely not worth the 6-month wait. I'm hesitant to return it and get a refund as a previous reviewer here said they never got their money back after returning their sofa. Avoid ordering from this company at all cost if you don't want a headache. I really think I was scammed!
