They can improve by being honest about their product. The trousers I ordered were similar to the ones the two other reviewers ordered and I had a similar experience. The trousers were far too small, considering I ordered a large size and the label inside them was 2XL they would fit a child of 10. Having read the other reviews I realise there is no way I can recover my money so can only advise other people to avoid this company in future.

I also got the flowy wide trousers you see advertised literally everywhere. The quality is horrible. I bought trousers in the dark beige colour, but the zipper in this trousers is white. It looks as if my flyer is open and my underwear is sticking out. The sizing is really small and does not correspond to the size chart on their website. Everything is poor quality and looks super cheap. Despite what their website advertises, you cannot return the items. Their return policy excludes all the items that are on sale (which is all of their products).

I saw these pants over several websites and they looked lovely. I would attach a picture but unable to on this website. Reported to be "silk", anti-static and wrinkle free. Sounded exactly what I needed for my wardrobe. I ordered two pairs white and black. When they a arrived you could tell before even taking them out of the packing they were polyester and not good quality and rough to touch, tiny sizing and too short. I immediately notified the company who informed me that as they were on sale there were no returns.

Here's my issue. Below quality items being put on sale knowing your customer cannot return. The advertisement still online says 14 Day Returns if not happy. It was only then pointed out that this particular item was non returnable. 4 emails later and still no movement. It was only after giving them another opportunity to rectify this stating I was about to post a rather scathing review. Only then did they respond positively saying if I returned the products to the USA would they refund. This cost me $32 for postage (which will not be refunded) with tracking so I could see the items actually were received by them. I did get my full refund but only after repeated attempts. Please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I honestly feel it is being done intentionally so you will just give up leaving the customer with rubbish and them pocketing your money. Do not be fooled by the lovely advertisement please. Your money is hard earned so choose wisely.
