Be careful about payment with Live Nation
Did the presale with Live Nation & it automatically took my money straight from my bank account, instead of the option of using my bank card. There are more protections using a bank card, so I was not impressed. Very difficult to navigate when you are under pressure to complete the purchase before it times out.
Can’t cancel tickets
Purchased VIP tickets by mistake in presale and immediately tried to cancel them - allowing Livenation to sell them in the upcoming Livenation presale and or general sale.

Very strange company and really don’t care what their customers think and that rich they don’t seem to care if there customers are happy or satisfied with there purchase.
Just had an unsatisfactory response from The Live Nation Experience team and just as I thought they don’t care.
Very disappointing experience as usual just hide behind biased T&C and seem happy to rip off customers and whoever designs their stages and sets up concerts really hasn’t got a clue!
Live Nation are just a greedy company and with Ticketmaster they own have a monopoly and they have no scruples in how they get money by selling restricted view seats at high prices and such a pity the artists have no morals and allow them to treat genuine theatre goers who are not millionaires to get value for money.
One of the so called bosses called Brin Gotts was going to investigate my valid complaint and get back to me himself but he just ran away like a coward and obviously passed it on to a nameless heartless individual.
Whoever set up the stage for Renee Rapp is a total idiot but the worst promoters in the World LIVE NATION are totally to blame!!!!
They should look at how Springsteen set up his latest tour ,despite warnings LN should not sell tickets at high prices when you can’t see anything because of stupid stage design and a lack of care to its patrons

I wanted to express my experience at Bayou Music Center featured Michelle Buteau on Sunday, March 15.
My son (15 years old with daddy’s credit card) purchased the tickets with “all the bells & whistles” for my birthday last October. My friend and I arrived very early at the show around 5:45 pm since I did not know when they would be letting people in who purchase the fast pass. We were asked to form a line for the individual who has purchased fast pass tickets for the show. A little history – last summer I broke ankle and I still covering from the injury. I informed the young lady of my situation she asked that we wait and she would get the manager. The manager (Ms. Paige) came out and rolled out the red carpet for my friend and I. Because of my injury she let us come in early to sit down and wait for the show to start. We really appreciate her kindness and understanding. Periodically, she checked on us making sure we were okay.
After we were seated, again Ms. Paige came to the rescue. We informed Manny that we need to see if we could separate the chair so we could have spacing. Ms. Paige was there with the scissors.
Again, I wanted to thank Ms. Paige Boyd and Manny for making our evening so enjoyable.

Rockin 1000 Manchster concert 2026 "posponed" till October with 2 weeks to go,leaving tousands of artists and fans out of pocket for flights and accomadation , yet tickets still on sale as it has not been formaly announced yet, a total disgrace.

If you want tickets for a concert, DO NOT GO THROUGH LIVE NATION!! They push the artists off the stage. I went to a concert tonight and the headliner played hardly any songs due to live nation.
Discriminated and Ignored - Shameful Treatment of Disabled Fan by Ticketmaster UK, OVO Hydro & Live Nation
I’m writing this with deep disappointment and anger after how I was treated by Ticketmaster UK, OVO Hydro Glasgow (SEC Armadillo), and Live Nation UK regarding The Offspring concert on November 18th.
I’ve been a devoted fan of The Offspring since 1995 and bought my ticket the moment sales opened. I live with a disability that causes severe hand tremors, and to enjoy concerts I rely on a small Insta360 stabilizer – a simple, non-professional device that just helps me hold my phone steady. It cannot record video or audio on its own.
Despite clearly explaining this and referencing UK equality and discrimination laws, I was refused permission to bring it. Every support channel – Ticketmaster, the venue, and Live Nation – completely ignored my detailed requests and medical justification.
This isn’t just poor service – it’s direct discrimination and a total disregard for disabled customers. I was made to feel powerless, invisible, and unwelcome at an event I had looked forward to for months.
It’s disgraceful that in 2025, major UK entertainment companies still fail to provide basic accessibility and empathy. Their so-called “disability support” is nothing but empty promises.
If you have any accessibility needs, think twice before buying from Ticketmaster UK or attending an OVO Hydro event. They do not care, they do not listen, and they do not respect disabled fans.
Shame on Ticketmaster UK, OVO Hydro Glasgow, and Live Nation UK for turning inclusion into exclusion.

Livenation is not to be trusted with customer data. When I was mistreated by one of their security goons, I requested the footage. Livenation claim they deleted it and then fabricated a pack of lies to cover their tracks. If this company has mistreated you, make a Subject Access Request to get all of the data they hold on you.

Absolutely terrible. Made to stand in hot sun for over 2 hours with no water. Then when inside at the front of stage security won’t give any water and tell you no it is for staff only. Are we living in the 1800s or 21st century?
Unprofessional and inhumane
Unacceptable conduct from staff and security at the suicide boys concert tonight at North Island credit union amphitheater. My friends key fob for her car was left inside the venue and they wouldn’t let her in to get it, I understand if they have a reentry policy and that’s fine but security and staff were being extremely rude not even trying to help. She described exactly where it was at and they refused to grab it or be guided to where it was, the exact responses were “I’m too busy you are gonna have to figure something else out” and “that sucks check lost and found later”, mind you these employees were not busy at all they were standing still not doing a single thing other than laughing yet this company hires these staff and security to “help” its customers. They left two young girls stranded in a dirt lot at night surrounded by strangers rather than trying to help their customers. I want an answer on this and why this company thinks it’s okay to have such unprofessional and inhumane treatment for their own customers.

Springsteen: Literally had NO VIEW of the concert throughout the entire thing, as stage equipment blocked view. Live nation take zero responsibility and say they'll take it no further. I'm sending complaint to ASA.
Has has anyone taken Live nation to the small claims court yet? That'll be my next step. Pure greed, zero care for customers. Can't be allowed.

In july i attended a concert at Wembley stadium with my 14 year old daughter for her favourite singer. tickets £92 and our view was also blocked by a black tower. No mention of this when buying the tickets. I contacted live nation customer service after the event who literally take no responsibility at all for anything. Emailed twice second time told the artists used the full stage so our view wasn't distorted. Absolute joke. I was there I know what I did not see which was pretty much nothing as the tower blocked the middle view of the stage and that's where the performance was. Very angry. Unfortunately they don't care just take your hard earned money.
I had an extremely frustrating…
I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to buy TWICE tickets through LiveNation Philippines. I waited over an hour in the virtual waiting room, and then queued for another hour and a half, patiently waiting my turn.
When I finally reached the purchase page, I was suddenly logged out. Attempting to reset my password turned into a nightmare—LiveNation requires both a username and email, but even after multiple attempts with every possible variation of my username, I could not log back in.
As a result, I lost my place in line and may now miss my dream concert. This is entirely due to their poorly designed and frustrating system, and their platform does not properly support customers during high-demand ticket sales.
I cannot recommend LiveNation Philippines—this experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful.
Dishonest sales of restricted view tickets without disclosing they are restricted
I attended the Imagine Dragons concert in London on the 26 of July. The view of the stage was almost all obstructed by a big black tower. It was not disclosed during sales that the seats had obstructed view - a waste pf money and completely ruined my 9yo son’s first concert that he awaited anxiously for almost a year. That experience will never come back and Live Nation has no accountability saying no one will ever see everything in a concert - yes, sure, but if I’m paying to stare at a black tower and only be able to see the singer in passing here and there I would like to know in advance so I can make an informed decision of how to spend my money. Steward during the concert wasn’t helpful as my son could not be moved to the floor due to his age. Live Nation misleading and dishonest sales strategy completely ruined this unique experience for my son
Blackpink brilliant, seats were awful
Firstly I must say how fantastic the girls were. Everything of their performance was outstanding from the high energy dancing, graphics, costumes, staging and their interaction with the crowd. Absolutely unforgettable!!
However, our seats were so bad we had to move. Paying £360 each for pitch seating, in the middle of a row getting a head on view of the stage and only being about 10 rows from the front should have been fantastic. This was not the case we could not see a thing!! The stage was too high for pitch seating and once everyone stood up with their selfie sticks watching the whole concert through their phone meant anyone really from the 4th row back couldn’t see a thing.
My poor 8 year was in tears as she missed her idols coming on stage being blocked and shunted around because the area was too over packed.
A very kind security guard got us out and found alternative seats for which meant we could at least see more of the girls but this ended up being the front row of the first block at the side. No where near the ticket price of the ones we originally paid for.
I’m grateful to the security man who helped us though and other people who were in the same situation as we did have an improved view and experience.
Wembley, you over packed the pitch seating and over charged in your greed!!
My advice to anyone who is not over 6 foot tall and can get off their phone and actually watch and enjoy a concert you’ve got no chance where the seating isn’t tiered.
