Money taken for order, no order confirmation sent, no product received and no way to communicate with this company, tried Email, Webchat and Phone.

Placed an order on 31st March it is now 21st of May and they have not refunded me, they took 6 weeks to send out tracking information which shows they cancelled the shipment on their end as we agreed they would refund. Unfortunately the refund has not been received 2 weeks later and this is looking like a scam. The bank (hsbc) investigating at the moment and I just hope that they havent just taken the money. Disappointed as I always thought Polish companies were very trustworthy and this is just too stressful.

Sadly they have Very poor customer service.
Package arrived in the time period stated. However there was some miss communication between liveoutside.co.uk and the courier company. This resulted in me receiving an email from liveoutside.co.uk demanding I pay an additional delivery fee, not very professional! Still waiting for them to confirm I don't owe them any money. Needless to say I doubt il use them again. A real shame, as this would have been easily avoided.

The product I recieved from this company is well built and in good condition. But the communication and customer service is poor.
They did contact with a delivery date but never turned up on the date they said they would, it was the day after.
Part of my order is missing and I am still waiting for a response for when
I can recieve my missing product, seeing as I've spent over £500 with them.
The telephone on their Facebook doesn't work and the number on their website just rings out.
I would have bought from this company again, but the lack of customer service is worrying and not worth the stress.

Delivery and communication is a mess. Given that the products are made in Poland you need to set something up so that you can organise delivery. When it eventually arrived it was really well packaged and we know from previous experience that the products are good

I am still waiting for my goods it has been 4 weeks and I have not had a delivery date confirmed as yet.

We never received the item, and want our money back, polish company have failed to deliver, or answer our emails, very poor all around

Delivery was simple and much quicker than advised. Communication between myself and the team was straightforward.

Bought a garden room from this company several years ago. Still really pleased with it... it has stood the test of time and still looks great. Went back to them recently to make a purchase and the service was fantastic. Received the item very quickly. Very positive experience.

Was a little concerned after reading some reviews. However all was great. Ordered the product and had email communication. Was able to track delivery and received a call to book a delivery slot at my convenience. Pleased with the obelisks purchased. A little tricky to put together definitely needed 2 people. Really pleased with the overall product and from order to receipt was about 5 weeks.

This item arrived quickly and was easy to build. Looks great in the garden.

Difficulty in organising delivery.
Negative: No contact numbers to check on deliveries. Feel that this needs to be addressed as a priority.
Despite this, would highly recommend these products!

Was a bit apprehensive about ordering wooden trellis from Poland but the transaction went smoothly and panels arrived safely and were packed very well. Looks good quality and much cheaper than UK equivalent. Good communication via email.

Ease of ordering, delivery community was fantastic.
Arrived well packaged and damage free
Only reason did not give 5 stars was the screws, they kept snapping so had to replace them.
Two person assembly required as it literally is, flat packed and took a few hours but once we got started, had to finish.
All in all, very pleased

Very good quality product at competitive price. Delivered with care direct from Poland.

It arrived on two pallets, so many pieces of wood. Instructions hard to follow and after getting the benches together we see 2 metal pieces, not mentioned so back to take apart again. Finally got there and pleased.
