I would absolutely give these people 0 stars if possible. I ordered from them in 2020 and they were really nice, but it took some time for them to get to me. I ordered 2 more pairs since the first ones I bought broke and it’s been 2 months since I placed my order! I’ve emailed them numerous amounts of times and this is their bs response :

“I sincerely apologize for the delay and for not getting back to you sooner. We’ve been experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, which temporarily caused some items, including your sunglasses, to go out of stock.

The good news is that your order is now back in production, and we expect to ship it very soon. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Please rest assured that we’re doing everything we can to get your sunglasses to you as quickly as possible. We’ll notify you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Thank you again for your understanding and continued support.”

Sent me a pair of sunglasses that had a large scratch in the middle of the frames. Said they would send a replacement but never did. When I followed up, they sent me a stock standard email saying the new pair was delayed in customs etc. I’ve followed up several times & they have ignored every msg. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!! STAY CLEAR!!

I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses 2 months ago and I’ve only received one. I’ve contacted them multiple times and they’ve pretty much ghosted me. The sunglasses I received are super cute and fun but I will definitely never order from here again.

I placed an order for three pairs of sunglasses an April 21, 2024. My birthday. Today is June 12th, 2024 and I have received not ONE pair! Multiple email correspondences sent to only be told that it’s on the way and some tracking number that never seems to be updated! I have requested a refund twice and met with NO reply! The issue is that I have actually ordered from them about two years ago and there were no issues! Something has changed but I want my 61.90 refunded IMMEDIATELY!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am currently awaiting two sets of sunglasses from them. One ordered in February and another as far back vas 2022. I only realised that I hadn't received it while looking through correspondence on my emails. This is so disappointing. L

These people are scammers do not order anything from this place. I placed an order on 3/27 after multiple emails asking where my order is. They gave me a tracking number that wouldn't give an exact date for delivery. After multiple request for a refund they continue to ignore my request. I finally received the item on 5/3 and still no resolution. Will never deal with these people again. China products

The original glasses I order never arrived as the delivery company threw them in the bin for delivery and didn’t leave a note or inform me that’s where the parcel was.
Informed Liver & White and they provide me with a new pair. Excellent service.

I ordered my sunglasses over a month ago. I have tried to contact the company several times to try to find out if they hav been shipped. The only response I get is a tracking number that says they can not report what shipping company is being used. Poor, poor business practices

I ordered the Kandi deluxe sunglasses and all I get is an email saying that the order is processing but it has been several weeks now. I never received my sunglasses and or any tracking. I got an email from a woman named Lucy saying in processing. Don’t buy from this company.

Absolutely rubbish, glasses arrived in thin plastic bag, no protection. All scuffed, paid £30, look like they are from the pound store. Waiting for a response and another set I purchased. Not holding out much hope for them either judging by the reviews. Don’t bother

Kandi sunglasses: Really bad quality item, could have done a better job myself of adding the sprinkles. Glue visible where some had fallen off by the time they arrived, plus many have fallen off since despite me not even having worn the sunglasses. I want to return them but customer services appear to be ignoring my email requesting the returns address (which the website asks people to do - the address is not on the website itself). Unfortunately I was sucked in by misleading photos on Facebook - not sure why as I am usually wise to that sort of thing. Lesson learned!

Would give them zero stars if I could! They never shipped my sunglasses, I contacted customer support, no response. I filed a claim with PayPal which they disputed and provided bogus tracking info for. I have now spent way too much time trying to get my money back for items that were never received

I wish I had looked up the reviews for this company before I purchased, for those of you whose orders have not arrived, it's no big loss believe me!
I saw the Kandi sunglasses on Facebook too, literally fell in love with them and bought them as a treat for myself! They have just arrived and they are rubbish! Massive gaps in the sprinkles so you can see the frame and glue, sprinkles on the nose bridge so they're obviously going to be super uncomfortable to wear and they all look mega cheap, like tiny offcuts of plastic wires or something! Never been more disappointed!
They're only getting 1 star because they actually arrived!

They give a tracking number that doesn’t exist. I have contacted numerous times for a refund but nothing. Do not buy from this business.

I got suckered into the Kandi sprinkles sunglasses via a Facebook add. They are poor quality, you can see the glue all over the sunglasses frames where they have stuck the sprinkles on and many of the sprinkles have fallen off. They got in touch offering a replacement pair but ive yet to recieve them

Glasses received are not as pictured. I ordered the Kandi glasses, but the sprinkles are light pastel in colour, not particularly bright at all and have lots of gaps so you see quite a bit of the black frame. As soon as I pulled them out of the case, quite a few more also fell off. They are frankly an expensive costume accessory due to the poor quality

Sunglasses are cheap and nasty. Cost £24 but look like they came from Primark. They don’t even come with a pouch - just wrapped in bubble wrap. I wouldn’t purchase from here again

Terrible. Sunglasses arrived already with a scraped lense and leg fell off within a week of wearing them. For the price I paid for these, I am extremely disappointed

Ordered what looked like beautiful sunglasses for £35.00 when they came my opinion is they were not worth the money so retuned recorded delivery. Their policy says you have to provide proof of return before they refund you ( this I have mislaid ). How inconvenient is that, so they don’t wait first to see if all arrives ok you have to send proof anyway. Numerous emails back and forth back and forth all I needed was the postcode that i had returned item too to get a copy from my post office. Now that I have raised a dispute with my bank only now they decide to actually read my messages and respond accordingly. Crap product, super crap refund policy and poor customer service!!!!! Give me my money back!!!!!!

This site an absolute scam, l was sent a picture of a door completely different from my house entrance door that my order was delivered ! . I contacted them about the email sent regarding my order and same person asked me to visit the post office and enquire about my order , l told them that the package was not received if the delivery man took this picture as a proof of delivery, it is definitely not my hose neither my neighbours because we are not allowed to install that type of door in our estate . This site is a scam.
