Great product quality, great price and great service

Absolutely amazing experience using Liveup sports UK- placed my order and received one part 2 days later; unfortunately half of my order had gone missing in transit (Which can’t be helped and isn’t the company’s fault) and I emailed them the same day explaining the situation.


I had a full response the same day, they contacted the courier and had the equipment that had gone missing re-sent out within the same week, with amazing customer service and contact throughout. Especially during this pandemic and the current situation of lockdown, I couldn’t fault anything- would highly recommend anyone to use this website!

I have already recommended it to family and friends. One has already received her order and is really happy with it.

Great quality equipment at a great price!

Prompt, an exactly what i ordered

Very happy with my items that I recently purchased.

I ordered a multi gym which in fairness is a great gym, the reason for scoring a 3 is 2 fold, firstly when I purchased the gym I was told I would get 10% off my first order, this did not happen so I contacted customer services who said they would refund the 10% which I though was great, 2 weeks later I still haven’t had the refund, then secondly I had a nice lady call me the day after purchase to arrange a delivery for the coming Saturday, brilliant, I was told I would get a call on the Saturday morning to confirm time, by 4pm I still hadn’t heard anything, after sending numerous emails I managed to get a message back from the lady that had called me to inform me the van had broken down? Yet it states DPD for heavy delivery’s, anyway a broken down van can’t be helped but my frustration was I had to chase all afternoon to get this information rather than be called and informed, on the Monday a Tuesday morning delivery was arranged, I finally got it later in the afternoon, good products but you need to look at what goes on and promises made I.e 10% refund not actually done

Quick delivery, product is well made and works. No faults at all

Super pleased, admittedly it took me a good few hours to put together but it's up and in full use daily 😁couldn't be happier

Great bench but I find the fly part unusable

Afew little issues but sorted immediately by customer service team po 1027
