I bought a vest and really loved it. I wore it a few times and it already started pilling within a month, so much it’s too ugly and poor to wear now. I reached out to customer service. They said that’s just the risk of this material and that there’s nothing they could do. They did not help me at all or tried to meet me halfway. Then I e-mailed again that it’s ridiculously poor quality because the vest was ugly within 1 month. They simply never replied back. Ridiculous amount of money on poor poor quality clothing & definitely not customer friendly. Will not buy here again and very disappointed.

I order a table and it had a damage in the transportation. Not anything that Living In by Romy could be blamed. I was a little afraid whats next. A danish customer in a dutch shop.

But it is especially when the purchase does not go as expected that one can see what customer service a store has. And they have lived up to expectations with a fast and good 5 start service.
