I had a very disappointing experience. I returned my order requesting a refund, but despite several months passing, I have still not received it. I also contacted customer service but did not receive any response. The lack of communication and the delay in processing the refund are unprofessional.

Ordered clothes, each and everyone marked "100% cotton".
Every garment had polyester thread in the seams.
Now, I know for a fact that some of their clothes have cotton threads in the seams, but it appears you have to mail and ask them beforehand. Why not put it on the website?

Great products, they worth the money.
The deilivery to Hungary was a bit tricky, but it is probably not the company's mistake.
They were very helpful when I asked for support.

I've had a very bad experience with this company. I was attracted because i was looking for 100% cotton underwear which is difficult to find (although theirs still contain an elastic). I ordered an M size, also based on their size suggestion tool, while i normally wear L. The underwear that came was huge, i would say fitting like a size XL rather than M. I didn't want return expenses to be on my account since this is sizing issue is a blatant shortcoming of the company itself. They agreed to provide me with a return label. i ship back the items and it took them 15 days, so more than the announced delay, to reimburse me. however, 10 euros are missing. it seems they are making me pay for the return, although they made it appear as if they would have covered the return themselves out of good will. now the customer service is no more responding. I'm really dissatisfied.

I bought your joggers when I was in Berlin; I like them so much that I ordered 2 more pairs when back in England . I wear them for ballet and teaching yoga, they keep their shape, feel great and wash well.

Great quality clothing fast delivery

very disappointed to see the quality has dropped. Quality was the only reason i purchased from living crafts and had them shipped to my country at high expense. I have been buying from them for about 5 years. Recently i bought a shirt, underwear and long johns. The long johns seem to be the same quality, but the underwear and shirts have become very thin. They have also stopped shipping with dhl, no options are provided (ie dhl international, not dhl.de). The package is now handed to my local postal service and they are quite terrible. It seems someone has taken over at living crafts and they are making big changes (just see how the website has changed).
Bear in mind: they may respond to this post and if they do trustpilot gives me no opportunity to correct them, so they can say anything

They’re clothing is high-quality. It wears and wash’s well. It lasts a very long time and the price is reasonable. I Have many pieces from this company and I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for quality clothing.

I ordered from Living crafts on 30th of march. My order has still not arrived. I have been in contact with them several times, no refund yet. They say it's DHL's fault, and haven't given me more answer than that.
They are an unserious company, not in compliance with EU customer regulations. Be careful when ordring from them!!! Cannot recommend, it's been almost two months since my order now.
I hope by writing this bad review, I will get my refund. Unfortunate that they don't take their customer service and business seriously.

The quality of their clothes is, in general, quite good. But there are two points that I highly disapprove, both of them relative to the return of items. On the one hand, they don't publish the negative reviews about their products, what is highly dishonest; and on the other hand, they last an eternity to reimburse you, even when the reason why you return an item is that it is faulty. I will go on placing them orders, but very carefully due to the above-mentioned reason. And, of course, if they fail me only once more, I will stop placing orders.

I am extremely satisfied by the quality of the pyjama. The fabric is really thick, soft and, overall, warm and a great pleasure by night. The colour is dark but very nice.

They are misleading the customers by not publishing critical reviews, but only raving ones. The quality of their elastics are very poor, and their cotton underwear don't hold up to normal underwear wash. Following their own laundry recommendations will quickly ruin the items; A problem I've never had with any other brand. The price / performance ratio is unfavourable, and the sizes are irregular between models. Some of their items are very comfortable, though.

The reductions announced on the web site are fake. Say, an item is announced at "ab € 5.90" (from Euro 5.90) with the original price of 16.90 striked through. That would indicate prices from up 5.90 up to 16.80 at the very most. When I look through the colour and size combinations, all those I look at are still at 16.90.

I buy anyway. The quality is good.
