Watch out!!
They are a dropshipping company with no knowledge about what they ship. They didn't even know that their dropshipper ships without hygiene seal.
Very disappointing experience.
The lingerie was delivered without a hygiene seal, yet my return was refused because the seal was “missing.” This seal was never provided.
Only 15% of the purchase price was refunded, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. And only after a lot of emails back and forth. They completely ignore the rights we have, they just don't care.
I do not recommend this company. Be careful to avoid losing your money.
Do not buy from them. The size is not matching with the EU sizes and you won't be able to send the products back. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS.
