Lindsay was so helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. There was zero pressure and she made sure I was informed of all my options. It’s an incredibly scary time if you’re in this situation but after our first contact I immediately felt like I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. The fact I could just WhatsApp her for comms or whenever I had a query was so useful as someone who has a busy life - and the fact she came back to me almost immediately each time was reassuring.
Would highly recommend to contact them if you’re struggling or need advice.

As I’m writing this review I have such a big weight lifted of my shoulders due to the help I received from Lindsay at Living Money Solutions. If I’d have known it was going to be as seamless as it was I’d have contacted her a lot sooner! From the first phone call she put me at ease, no judgment just empathy for my situation.
She was always at the other end of the phone with any questions I needed answered and always explained things thoroughly.
It’s a minefield out there nowadays with money help solutions and I definitely Found a gem in Lindsay .

Can’t thank this company enough especially Lindsey who dealt with me from start to finish iv had my head in the sand for years she sorted everything for me I didn’t have to deal with any debts I owed she contact them for me got half my debt written off completely, advised me on everything staying in constant contact and updates on the procedure and was always on the other side of the phone immediately if I needed anything 5 star service feel like a massive weight been lifted off my shoulders
