Branch 451 does good work and is top of their game. Melissa is truly one out of a million she always helps out when needed the most and stays on top of all matters until they are resolved by the one of the nicest people I have gotten a chance to speak with.

Branch 445 at Livingston is Amazing!

Nicole Brabrant and the team from Branch 445 at Livingston do an amazing job for us every day. Nicole always keeps us in the loop if there are issues with our PARS and always jumps on our loads right away to make sure that things get processed quickly so our drivers can keep moving. She is great to work with!!!! Even if Nicole can't help us with an issue she gets us in touch with the people that can so we can keep things running smoothly. When Nicole is off Penny and Lisanne step up to the plate and get our paperwork cleared very quickly too. We love working with Branch 445!

Tried and true

We have worked with Livingston for imports to Canada for many years. The Team assigned to our Company go above and beyond for our company and our shipments. My hat goes off to Nichole Brabant and the Branch 445 Livingston Team. Any issues that arise, they are on it immediately to help resolve said issues. No matter how big or small the issue.

Branch 451 Sarnia - Best team ever!

Branch 451 Sarnia team is a great group of people, they are always willing to help and go beyond their expectations to assist with any issue. Above and Beyond

The team at Branch 445 Livingston go above and beyond to get shipments cleared into Canada with minimal delay. Very helpful for an LTL carrier that does daily and frequent crossings!

Amazing Staff

The staff at Livingston at Branch 445 are a amazing. We deal with Nichole almost daily, but the rest of the staff are equally awesome. Nichole is always quick to get back to us if there is an issue, works with us to resolve any issues and always processes transactions speedy quick. She maintains communication at all times. Thank you for the hard work you guys do. We appreciate all you do for us.

Branch 445, Nicole, Penny, Lisanne, Laura and Jen

Thanks for letting me talk about Oldcastle/Branch 445. I cannot count the number of times they have stepped up and stepped in to resolve issues for our mutual clients over the past several years. Any time we need anything they are literally a phone call away and ready to help immediately... literally immediately, we have resolutions not in a day, not in hours but literally in minutes, the amount of time and stress they save all of us can't be measured. They are always in great spirits and always willing to help and I love working with all them. Nicole, Penny, Lisanne and Laura, thank you, you're the best. I know this may sound a little over the top but with all sincerity every word is absolutely true.
PS: I work with your driver Jen every day, she's a superstar, too, just the kind of employee that treats every customer the way she'd want to be treated. I love working with her

Amazing Service

Today I had an outstanding experience with Mary-Ann McDowell while dealing with a held shipment going into Canada. From the moment she answered, she was incredibly professional, empathetic, and efficient. Mary-Ann listened patiently to my issue and quickly understood the situation. The people at Livingston have been…

The people at Livingston have been excellent to deal with, it is usually Nicole we deal with or someone at branch 445. They are always pleasant on the phone and likely the most helpful people to deal. The communication is always excellent, they keep us informed on the progress of each shipment and let us know if there is any issues with the load.

Sunday

Sunday, July 6, 2025, the holiday weekend, Greg Clarke of Livingston International, Sarnia office went beyond the call of duty to assist me and my semi-truck driver in crossing the border. We had paperwork issues and Greg send countless emails and made multiple calls to assist us in getting the paperwork in order for the driver to cross the border. Greg and Livingston, Sarnia is certainly going above the ordinary to help truck drivers! Thank you!

Livingston wont repair vehicle they damaged

Transported my vehicle from Quebec to Edmonton, damaged it in the process and so far are refusing to fix it. I guess if they don't damage it, you are okay, but if they do, don't expect them to fix it. As it stands, they won't cover the repair (estimated at $7000+) but I am still fighting with them. Will amend this review as the process continues.

Poor customer service, delays and lack of communication

I used Livingston 2 times in the past to transport a vehicle across Canada, with no issues, unfortunately this time I am having a very bad experience, its funny how when you request a quote you get it within min even after hours, but when I am trying to track the status of my vehicle, it takes days to get an answer which is different than the answer I get when I call customer service. It is very frustrating. Now I understand why the company has very poor reviews. Even though the time frame they gave me was 7-10 days for pick up and 7-10 days for delivery I still don't have the vehicle or know where it is currently located

LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Our experience since then has been disappointing. When it came time to perform their core responsibility—customs clearance—the communication ceased almost entirely.

Despite multiple follow-ups and more than ten emails over the span of a week, we received no adequate response. Fortunately, only one of our shipments has arrived so far, but with more on the way, this lack of reliability and accountability is unacceptable.

Due to the unresponsiveness and failure to deliver on agreed services, we have decided to discontinue our engagement with this company. We hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve their communication and service standards.
