Extremely negative experience

Extremely negative experience. Their logistics are terrible: after placing the order, the product was never delivered within the expected timeframe (and it still hasn’t arrived).
Customer service is practically non-existent — they do not respond to emails and provide no meaningful updates about the shipment status.
This is unacceptable, especially considering the delivery is domestic. It clearly shows a lack of organization and disregard for customers.
I strongly recommend avoiding purchasing from them.
