Okay so first up I've not been able to…

Okay so first up I've not been able to try this product but my dealings with the sign-up and website don't mark this company to be a great one to deal with. Nothings very clear and I think there are typical commercial reasons for that.

The main gripe I have which I've now read in most of the actual user (non trade) reviews is the complete lack of clarity regarding pricing.

Its a subscription service but that subscription doesn't get you anything. To watch a show you have to pay extra. At time of writing its £6 per month and then £6 per show. The free trial gets you a one month subscription + one show and then either another show or VR phone headset.

I guessed there would be a per show charge from some of the wording before handing as it mention a free show coupon. But I couldn't find any actual confirmation of this on the site and no trade review (I looked at 4) mentioned this (presume they all had a completely free experience).

I signed up anyway got 2 free coupons but then found I couldn't watch anything as I have a Vive. Along the bottom it states what platforms its available on and there is a picture of a Vive, yes its in a darker grey but its not immediately clear that means its not available. There is a FAQ but it doesn't mention anything about platforms

I tried to use their feedback form to explain why I had a poor experience. I pressed submit and it deleted all my text as I had exceed some unknown character limit...

Overall not a great experience.

For a great experience you should be completely clear about pricing pre-sign up and offer users a short taster VR video they can download and watch without having to provide bank details. It would show you are confident you have great service at the moment the lack of clarity doesn't suggest this.

For what its worth if the actual content and experience is good the price for me would be too high. I'd much prefer to pay a higher price £9-£10 per show and have no subscription.

If you get a ViVe version up and running or at least a sample mp4 we can download outside of your app. I could at at least adjust my review to reflect an actual experience.

Got a headset from these unfortunately…

Got a headset from these unfortunately the app didn't work on my phone, no fault of the headset. So I had to cancel it, Alex was really good and responded really fast to my messages. If the app works on your phone I would really recommend this company.
