The worst housing association I've ever known

Will push you to the lowest depths. Instead of transparently addressing violations, they seem intent on managing perception—investigating themselves in ways that conveniently minimise responsibility. Their approach reflects a focus on institutional protection rather than the people they are meant to support, who are effectively treated as revenue streams. Any assertion of altruistic intent is difficult to reconcile with this conduct

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I have no working cooker till thursday(gas leak). My ceiling in my dining toom is stained and in disrepair( bevelled and cracked) due to a leaking toilet that was put in wonky and glued to the wall by 3 uneven pieces of wood. We are paying rent for a terrible service and I have had enough. Knowsley council do your job and get someone else!! A whole month of upheaval.

Woke up one morning to all 5 passports…

Woke up one morning to all 5 passports chewed and washing machine had been chewed, rang livv and they sent pest control who asked livv to remove kitchen as there was holes outside and one in kitchen on the 29th of december, pest control put down poison and never returned even tho they were suppose to every week, 10th of Jan I found rats blood in my kitchen still no one came out until the 15th of Jan there was a massive dead rat and more blood found in kitchen, livv refused to remove the rat and told my partner who is disabled to clean the blood himself!!!! Massive health hazard but livv did not care and were extremely rude on the phone, my partner who has kidney failure told livv if he contracted a disease the rats carry he could die and was laughed at down the phone by management, no alternatice accommodation has been offered and we are out of pocket due to not being able to cook in our kitchen but livv just don't care!! The rats got in due to structural issues of our house and nothing t9 do with us!! If we did not pay the rent or damaged the house livv would be jumping up and down on us and trying to evict us! I don't know how they sleep at night knowing how much they lie and treat tenant! A solicitor has been contacted because I am done with livv breaking the law and treating tenant like rubbish, why do they not care about tenants, they would not live like this so how they expect people with children and disabled tenant to live with rats blood in their kitchen is unreal, still waiting for kitchen to be removed and still hearing rats in our kitchen 😢

Great service and deal with repairs quickly and effectively.

I’m very pleased with Livv housing since becoming a tenant. In January 2025, I’ve had multiple repairs and Livv housing has managed each of them quickly and with professionalism. The call centre staff are lovely as well. Don’t get all the negative reviews. Thanks Livv.

As a neighbour to a tenant for Livv…

As a neighbour to a tenant for Livv housing, I have had a 4 year issue with their tenant. I have reported them and used their sound app for the past 4 years and the only thing Livv have ever done is post a warning. The tenant is a known drug/drink user and has someone living there unregistered, I have offered them multiple solutions i.e to build the property's walls out and to soundproof them but all I ever get told is that they have asked the question. Myself and my fiancé work for a living and livvs tenants don't know the meaning of the word work. They can sleep in when we go out to work but if we want to sleep in or to have a quiet night we are constantly disturbed by their loud voices. The upkeep on their property is disgusting and you can visibly see the dirt and mould on their living room blinds. Terrible from Livv Housing Group

Amazing staff

Every single time I phone up everyone is so lovely to talk to, they have fixed any problems I have had in the house. As long as you communicate properly and let them know any problems they will come out and be more than happy to help. Thank you from everyone from the team for being so kind and easy going :)

This company appears to jot do proper…

This company appears to jot do proper checks on thr people they are housing mixed in between people who have paid alot of money for there property
We moved from a area to get rid of the bad behaviour for. A tenant now who made our lives hell for 18months
We are devastated 😢 to say the.least

Property had damp report carried out a…

Property had damp report carried out a few years ago and shows the property needs work but till this day no damp work carried out livv wont allow me to have a copy of this report as it will lead to legal action against them.

Work not completed to a good standard and always only ever covered over my ground floor is crumbling and sinking with no help from livv.

This property also has a big crack that goes from one room to another with the call centre telling me to just fill the gap when the property need a movement inspection carried out for safety of me and my kids.

I have emailed livv on many occasions over damp report and my other concerns but they don’t get back to myself.

Absouloutely shocking service stayed in…b

Absouloutely shocking service stayed in all day on my day off waiting for a tradesman .Must have knocked with a feather duster as havnt moved card saying they knocked was on the floor outside my door . Rang the office said they where sorry and the only day they can fit me in is in 3 weeks .I'm a working mañ and can't make the date they have given me no help for people who work for a living disgraceful behaviour

DONT TELL THE TRUTH

5 years I been a tenant I moved in to my property on the 18 December the winter in the summer I found a ANTS nest underground between kitchen and living room housing would not and will not do anything about this. (STILL ACTIVE)

Told my kitchen would be replaced after my first 12 months in the property (STILL WAITING)

Property was damp tested 2 years ago shows signs of damp in property work was scheduled but never carried out.
(STILL WAITING)

Drainage underground cracked and leaking been like this 2 years and work still not completed.

Tried taking legal action housing sent fake report and photos that had nothing to do with my property.
