Great customer service with quick responses

My new watch arrived in my living room about 24 hours after I bought it. Their promptness in shipping is incredible. The watch is absolutely beautiful and I liked it so much I bought another one today. These people are tough to beat and their customer service is second to none. Oh yeah and the watches are gorgeous! Bought my second watch today and it’s going to be delivered tomorrow afternoon.

Unbelievable customer service, concierge is amazing, and the watches are top notch!! I’ll definitely be purchasing more watches from LIV!!

Recently received a Gravel 02 McQueen that I waited for over a month. Unfortunately, the watch felt and looked extremely cheap. No better than a fake dive watch from a pharmacy.
I’m still in the process of getting refunded and have found that customer service lacks any consistency. All emails come from the same address but allege being different people. Very poor experience.

Wow! What a great product, I bought the Liv 41mmGX divers watch and I just can't stop looking at it!
Its an extremely well made watch lovely weighty feel to it and just shouts Quality.
Would 100% recommend them its a microbrand company selling limited edition watches that do not disappoint.

My watch is only 5 months old. Started to fog up. Sent watch in for warranty work. I was told I needed a few things done to my watch that was going to cost me. When I questioned the charge they said it was just a suggestion that I get the work done but I was told differently.All in all i would never buy from them again !!!

What can I say about LIV? Well the customer service is outstanding and very personable. The watch is everything and more! Far exceeded my expectations! The quality is on par with much more expensive brands. I mean how can you go wrong with Swiss made? Top notch first quality! Definitely have a life long customer!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Shocking Customer Service, appalling Returns Policy and I wouldn’t go near this company.

At the end of April 2026 I purchased and paid for their Gravel Full Lume watch. All good so far and I checked with their customer service team that I would not have to pay for import duty or taxes. They confirmed I would not. My first mistake was assuming this was from Switzerland - it’s not. They send the watch from Miami. That well known Swiss Watch destination. My mistake. When it arrived I immediately realised it was too small. But, they provide a 90 day return policy - so I contacted their customer service team and, to be fair, was promptly given the go ahead and very detailed instructions as to how to return it. So - I followed their instructions precisely. Using their recommendation of DHL, labelling the outside of the box at the DHL depot as a RETURN and ensuring the paperwork on the outside of the box clearly showed it as LIV Returns. Twice. Having paid £50 plus for this pleasure (they don’t tell you this) I was happy I had done everything, as explicitly as had been explained by their representative . A week later and I check where the package is. Held at Cincinnati! Pending release and further information. Well over a week later, after extensive back and forth it arrives in Miami (where LIV are) and is held again. Now pending $200 in customs and tax charges. Again, more back and forth. And now, despite doing everything LIV (Swiss Watches) have said to do, they are washing their hands of it and suggesting I ask DHL to return the watch to the UK whilst they work out how to get it off their hands. Appalling. I suspect the watches are nice. But the absolute hassle is not worth it. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Interestingly I paid £714 (plus the DHL charge to send it back) and the commercial invoice says the value of the watch is $210. Go figure.

Purchasing my LIV watch was my first step into what I would consider the high-end watch market, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Before buying, I researched and compared numerous brands, including several watches that were significantly more expensive. While many were impressive, I kept coming back to LIV. The combination of bold design, exceptional craftsmanship, and overall quality was exactly what I was looking for. LIV offered the look and feel of a premium luxury timepiece while within a price range I was comfortable with.

Since receiving my watch, I’ve been amazed by the number of compliments it has received. It has a distinctive presence on the wrist and stands out in a way that many other watches simply don’t. I have a feeling this won’t be my last LIV watch.

Beyond the product itself, the entire customer experience was outstanding. LIV’s marketing initially caught my attention, but it was the personal touch after the purchase that truly impressed me. From the personalized emails and video introduction from the owner to the consistent order updates and communication throughout the delivery process, every interaction demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The watch has exceeded my expectations, and the buying experience was equally impressive. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or with LIV as a company. If you’re considering a LIV watch, I highly recommend it.

Ordered a watch got emails what’s app messages welcoming me to the Liv family my watch doesn’t appear to have been sent I’ve reached out on what’s app Instagram and their website and just been ignored I’m sure their product is excellent it’s just actually getting one or getting someone to talk to you to advise you of shipping. The service I have received has been utterly disgusting

First of all Liv has the best customer service. Call them and they pick up right away, and they are very friendly. The quality and look of the Liv watches are of high standard. They can be worn casual or for dress. I highly recommend this company.

These watches are simply the best.
I have just received the GRAVEL CACTUS GRAY AUTO. Easy to wear, easy to read, light and very different from any other watch I have. Massively understated, but massively different too, so it stands out as remarkable.

The watches are very nice to behold. I purchased my first LIV time piece the P-51 Gold Finger. It is $2782 delivered to my door. The customer service is great. I purchased the watch off their website and a couple hours after I changed my mind on what version I wanted. They have a text line I got immediate response confirming the cancel my order and replace the order for the Gold Finger Version. The request was taken and I got email confirmation and I got a refund for the difference between the cost of the 2. $53 was refunded and the next day my watch arrived at 5:46pm just hours after ordering the watch. Granted I live in Ft Lauderdale and it shipped from Miami the next city over. You can not go wrong with this company. Quality and service you will be happy with. No buyer’s remorse. I am genuinely happy with my investment in this limited production time piece. Rose gold infused titanium case ceramic bezel chronograph dial blue. Alligator blue band. Very stylish.
