No refund for defective dresses

Ordered a mother of the bride dress. It was delivered with defects that could have been avoided if they conduct quality check before sending out the dress. They offered me a 50% discount to order a replacement dress which i did. The 2nd dress came with more serious defects!They offered to remake the dress but They asked that i pay $75 shipping! Unbelievable!!! Because time is so limited, I requested a refund so i can have any of their 2 defective dresses altered for the wedding. They refused to refund, instead offered me a discount voucher. They expect me to order another dress?! They're fully aware of their mistakes but don't want to take responsibility by refunding. It's a big waste of money to trust LIMYC!!!
