I ordered a shirt and a few days later got a notice with no information saying the order was canceled. I contacted them to find out why and the exact response I got was "We don’t have it in your size. I sent you an email". That's it. No greeting, no apology, nothing! That was the entire response. And I searched my junk/spam folder and indeed there was no other communication. So then I asked when I'd get a refund and the full response is "It’s on the way". OK, I bought a shirt from another vendor in HI with zero problems and just now ordered two more shirts. So Lizzie Lahina is dead to me now. Shop elsewhere!
