Received my dress on 7th march, it was nothing like the photo. Different colour, shoddy material, and faulted. Sewing of the garment is terrible. Asked for return info and refund the same day. Still waiting!!
Don’t touch them or you’ll lose your money. £35 down the drain!!!

Dress was ordered on 6 March and I am still waiting for it. Never had a dress to take this much time before.

Ordered a dress for NYE arrived mid Jan no response at all from customer services as to where the dress was.

When it arrived it was awful, cheap! Emailed to ask for return details still waiting!

Ordered a dress arrived late ,didn't like it looked cheap and different from picture contacted lizzy London same day ,they won't reply to emails ,still waiting 15 days so you can only return up to 14 days ,stay clear don't advise ordering from here

Ordered 4 weeks ago on a 1-2 day delivery service, had and email confirming the order but nothing since. Can't get any response and the order still shows as in process. Customer service is non existent. Very disappointed

It has been over 5 months sins orderd and i have still not gotten any thing plus they have stoped responding on my emails and i have Also wirten on there instagram and still there No response

Cannot get a refund out of these people. Sent item back in March, I have the tracking to say it was received, but despite several emails and Instagram messages, I have received nothing from them. No messages, no apology, no refund.

Ordered from here and the fit wasn’t great. Wanted a refund so I emailed them countless times without a single response. Reached out to them via Instagram finally getting a response but he just said email them again. Actually embarrassing customer service. Wasted £70 on some tech fleece wannabes
