Heerlijke parfum die de echte dicht benadert! Snel verzonden, keurig ingepakt en nog 2 proefmonsters extra gekregen. Per ongeluk 1 parfum 2x besteld, ik werd hiervoor gebeld, of ik 1 nog om wilde zetten in een andere parfum! Erg tevreden, tot de volgende bestelling!
3 flesjes Yodema parfums besteld en betaald in deze Nederlandse webshop. Pakje zou aankomen in het post.nl punt van mijn keuze.
Track en trace code ontvangen, maar geen spoor van het pakje. Verschillende maal contact opgenomen met de webshop en met post.nl. De winkel blijkt het pakket te hebben verstuurd alsof het postpunt de eindbestemmeling is. Dus waarschijnlijk zonder mijn adres te vermelden. Repliek van de winkelier: gaat u maar klagen bij B-post want dat postpunt is fout. Wat Bpost ermee te maken heeft? Helemaal niks aangezien het een post.nl punt is. Verder niks...geen moeite, geen terugbetaling. NIKS. U bent gewaarschuwd: koop hier niks want u krijgt NIKS voor uw geld.
