We recently used LLAC for the second time, this time for a loft conversion, extension and full renovation of our home, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.

The whole team were friendly, professional and really easy to work with throughout the project. The quality of the work is amazing and the attention to detail really shows in every room. They completely transformed our house and made the whole process much less stressful than we expected.

A big thank you to our project manager David, who was brilliant from start to finish. He was always helpful, easy to contact and kept everything running smoothly.

A few years ago, LLAC completed a loft conversion, house extension, and full renovation of our home in Walthamstow, E17. It was a major project, and having Ylli as the project manager made the whole process much easier. He was always approachable, easy to contact, and kept us informed throughout the build.
We were very happy with the quality of the work and the finished result. What stood out was the aftercare. We had a small leak after the project was completed, and once we contacted Ylli, it was sorted within a few days without any hassle.
We have since recommended LLAC to a friend, who also used them and was very happy with the experience.

We were impressed and appreciative throughout the loft extension to our north London terraced house, which has given us two splendid new bedrooms and a shower room. The quality and professionalism of the work carried out was top standard and the LLAC team was at all times responsive, understanding and helpful - also adaptable and flexible whenever the inevitable snags cropped up. They made it all go smoothly and minimised the disruption. The core team was excellent as were the various traders – carpenter, electrician, plumber, plasterers – who played their part with the same approach as the core team. Aneliese, the senior design consultant, was very attentive and even replied to my questions while she was on holiday. The staircase they fitted looks amazing, and the overall finish is lovely, complete with a 10-year warranty. They finished the work on time, even during the busy summer season. I’d definitely recommend LLAC to anyone thinking about a loft conversion or other building project.

They did our loft and completed it on time. The workmanship is excellent and very professional, and the 10-year warranty is definitely a bonus. I looking for a job and I want to earn my own income

Over the last 18 months, we have had 2 large building projects carried out by LLAC. The first project was a loft conversion to provide a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. (This included provision of a new roof to the property.) The second was a rear extension to provide a large kitchen with internal utility room and cloakroom. (This included removal of a chimney breast.)
The team were very reliable, hard working and communicated well with us. Any issues were discussed as they arose and any problems quickly solved. At the start of the works, we were provided with a detailed quote and timeline. The works were completed on budget and within the expected time frame.
We would very happily work with LLAC again and thoroughly recommend them.

Roof extension, kitchen and rear extension in N19, London: Hard working and efficient. Any issues that came up they returned to sort out. They have a team of people they call on for most aspects of a project, and offer recommendations for any specialist parts.

We worked with LLAC in 2023 on a loft conversion in our terraced house in North London. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. This was our first time undergoing building works and we were a bit nervous going into it (we've all heard the horror stories of builders not showing up for days on end and costs spiraling out of control) but we had no need to worry. After meeting Aneliese and Ylli, who oversee all their projects, we knew we were in safe and competent hands. Ylli has a wonderful, calm manner and was able to talk through all our questions and put us at ease. LLAC were reliable, hard working, able to troubleshoot any issues that arose in a thoughtful and pragmatic way, and incredibly easy to work with. The team that was on site running the day to day was led by the lovely Mikel. They showed up at the same time every morning, worked incredibly hard, finished within the quoted timeframe to a very high standard, and delivered on budget. We are absolutely thrilled with our loft conversion. We have recommended LLAC to a number of friends and neighbours and will absolutely work with them again in the future if/when we have any further building needs.

LLAC converted our loft into living space and the results were outstanding. The size and layout of our attic meant space was limited but LLAC managed to make the most of what was available giving us more space and ceiling height than we expected. The on-site team were fantastic and really helpful in making sure that our specific requirements for the external and internal design were achieved. The work was completed on time and on budget.

LLAC did a brilliant job on a kitchen extension for us. Not only was Ylli, the Project Manager, brilliant but every single person that came to work at the house (whether recommended by LLAC or working for them) was quick, professional, friendly and did a great job. We’re very happy and would definitely recommend them.

LLAC built a loft conversion in my property. The guarantee for the works is 10 years. Soon after the works were finished I had problems: water leaking in through the roof, insulation (Kingspan) missing and guttering installed wrong, leaking water into the wall. When I contacted LLAC for their responsibility, they would not accept liability. Unfortunately I can't recommend this company to other folks.

Very very happy with the great extension built by LLAC . They were extremely helpful and understanding of a very difficult architectural project.

We are very happy with the work carried out on our loft conversion by LLAC. They finished on time, in budget and the work is of a very high quality. I found I did slightly more hands on project management than I anticipated (communicating timing between e.g. plumber and tiler) but overall does not detract from satisfaction level of work done. Good communication, reliable invoicing and could always get hold of someone when I needed them.

We met with aneliese from LLAC for an initial quote. Aneliese is a design expert and had some wonderful ideas that we had not thought of to save space and make our finished project more beautiful.

I have chosen LLAC as a couple of neighbours had recommended them and I’d seen the great job they did in their houses. I decided to go with LLAC construction because they did few loft extensions in my street and my neighbours recommended them. I am glad I made the right choice and now, I am very happy with my new loft and ensuite wet room. Genc, Ylli and all the team were always there to answer any queries and managed the whole process with total professionalism. The work took around 6 weeks in total to complete which was great.
