Terrible experience, My Child was mocked in Welsh by the driver for not understanding what the driver had said to him in Welsh. The driver then continued to mock our surname in Welsh as he then thought the rest of our party could not speak Welsh. Fortunately we do! Disgraceful way to treat paying customers. No need to be Rude. I didn't find it funny or clever. Speed limits were not adhered to at all. Intimidating other cars on the road, cutting corners, beeping at cars infront going too slow to pull over. One handed driving all the way there and back. Appalling weaving at speed around the scene of an accident on the road which no help was offered to those injured. None of our party usually get travel sick. All of us felt queasy. Never Again will I use this coach company as they have a complete disregard for Saftey and Zero Customer Service Skills. Totally felt ignored when I called to complain.

Hi James, Thanks for your response. It's hard to believe that you take comments seriously when you removed the comment I left on your Facebook page (the reason why I then left a comment on Trustpilot).
When I rang the office I was told that the driver would be spoken to. My name/contact details were not taken so I'm unsure how you were planning on getting back to me following the investigation.
It was my mother another passenger on the coach who called to log her complaint not my sister. I do believe you said that you would call her back which has not been done.

It was made clear to the driver that what he said was understood. Especially as he assumed and asked questions in Welsh and they were answered by my mother in English.

It is not acceptable for adults to mock children at any stage, especially not over not being able to understand what's being said.

As their mother I asked them to ignore the situation and rise above it fully intending on dealing with it the following day by contacting the office and logging a complaint.

We hired a coach for our wedding party and the service was just perfect , easy to hire , very competitive and great communication! The coach arrived on time , was immaculate and driver was great!We will definitely use again

I have just returned from taking a school group of 40 school children on a tour to the Rhine and Moselle. I would like to say how amazing our driver Mark was- he was professional and so helpful at all times. His attention to detail and knowledge of the route was superb. We could not have wished for a better driver. The coach itself was extremely comfortable and immaculate at all times and his professional and conscientious manner was first class. I would certainly be looking to use your coach and hopefully Mark again next year. He drove so safely and was considerate to the needs of the children at all times. So so impressed- I don't think I have ever had such a positive experience whilst taking school children on a trip- he made the long journey a pleasant experience and we are very grateful. Many, many thanks.

Fantastic service again

So I arrived in Corwen to catch the last T10 to Betws y coed, another person waiting next to me too, only to find out it is not coming due to a road closure between Pentrefoelas and Betws y coed. And because it was the last service of the day I would have been stranded if i had not called someone to take me. We travelled through Pentrefoelas to Betws y coed and the road was clear NO ROAD CLOSURE.
You cater for the tourists and leave the locals stranded so you can save a bit of money you disgusting greedy little man, this is not the first time and I have seen many other stranded, you make more money than the average person you are just disgusting.

Llew Jones are one of the top operators I go to when I need Rail Replacement Services over towards the Cambrian Coast or the Heart of Wales. They have quality vehicles, polite staff and can be relied on to get the job done to the highest standard.
Their level of flexibility is second to none, I can request a vehicle at 16:00 for 08:00 the next day and it will sorted. They will even travel further afield to fulfil our needs, nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend them to anyone.

the service is usually very good, they supply my school with buses to get me and my fellow students to and from school in the morning and evening, dropping a start however because sometimes the bus smells of faeces, probably an issue with the toilet but still an unpleasant experience. other than that the service is good and punctual.
