After carefully checking the part reference before ordering, I was contacted by LLLParts asking if I was sure the part would fit my vehicle. I confirmed that it would, and they replied that everything was correct and that my order was being processed.

I placed my order on **30/06**. Nearly **three weeks later**, it still hasn't even been dispatched. The company stated that orders would be dispatched within **3 days** and delivered within **5 days**, so by **15/07** I should have already received it. Instead, the order remains stuck in "processing" with no updates.

I have contacted customer support multiple times by email to ask for an update, but my messages have been ignored and I have received no response whatsoever.

This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The company has failed to meet its advertised processing and delivery times, and the complete lack of communication has left me with no confidence in their customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from LLLParts.

Delivery before alloted date, well packaged and what I ordered

Excellent service from start to finish. The item arrived exactly as described, was well packaged, and fitted perfectly. Delivery was fast and hassle-free. I’m very pleased with the quality of the product and would happily buy from this company again. Highly recommended!

It’s a bit of joke this company , ordered n75 wait 3 weeks and then they said email after chasing them up that they cancelled order as none in stock , takes 3 weeks to realise that and have to chaise is well. Never again

great customer service ,i asked about a part that i was not certain if it would fit, they answered straight away and confirmed it was the right part , quick delivery and genuine part , cheaper than others being sold on different platforms ,will use them again in the future

I placed an order on 6 June and received a message the following day confirming the part would not fit my vehicle. While continuing to research alternatives, including sourcing the part directly from Mercedes, I received another email from LLL Parts stating they had located the correct item. I immediately replied requesting cancellation of the order but received no response.

I then phoned the company and was assured the cancellation would be handled. Five days later, on 15 June, I contacted them again for an update and was instead provided with a tracking number. Three days after that, the tracking status still showed that Evri had not received the parcel. At this point I was informed the order could no longer be cancelled and that I would need to return it once delivered.

The package finally arrived on 22 June. I requested a refund the same day and returned the unopened item, which was confirmed as received on 24 June. Despite this, I experienced significant delays and repeated follow‑ups before the refund was finally issued—five weeks after placing the order and two weeks after the return.

Customer service throughout this process was extremely poor, and based on this experience, I would not purchase from LLL Parts again.

Delayed delivery by over a week, asked to cancel to be told it had been dispatched so couldn’t however it hadn’t been dispatched. Didn’t respond to further emails, do not use, terrible customer service

Bought parts from them a great price but delivery is disgraceful .... They say the parts are in Stock in UK! lol But it has taken them 3 weeks to package them A JOKE!! a week past delivery date and haven't even left the Shop... I got to be honest I think .co.uk is a front for some place in China of somewhere else .. it can't be right I have had parts delivered from USA in # days.

LLLParts had exactly the niche part I needed at a fair price with well-priced shipping. Comms were smooth and dispatch and delivery were within quoted timelines. Thanks, would happily buy again

Communication with support team has been good but dispatch and delivery is extremely slow.
Good if you don't need a part quickly (ie for a MOT retest!!)

Excellent experience. Incredible amount of stock to pick from at amazing pricing.

I ordered my item on 25th June. It arrived tracked via royal mail and arrived 4th July. For people looking for a faster delivery window maybe discuss with a member of the team to get a quicker turn over but I was happy to wait, especially for the reasonable prices they have.

If I need any car parts I will be coming back to this shop. Thank you very much!
