EXCELLENT service

Needed a replacement oil pressure solenoid valve for a 2.0 cr diesel Scirocco. Removing the original was a pain (original valve was seized and broke on removal necessitating the front end to be removed). As a consequence an OEM replacement item was a must. These (LLL) valves were cheaper than some listed on eBay and as I'd used LLL before without any problem it made sense to order from them again. Item arrived today and will be fitted when the sun recedes this evening. Thanks!

2 little rubber grommets. Took quite a while to arrive in a huge box full of bubble wrap. Charged extra for postage to PA29LF just outside Glasgow, not in the Highlands and Islands!

Fast shipping and availability

Excellent service in that I ordered parts that wouldn't fit my car and they spotted this and contacted me to point it out. However, slow to dispatch.

We had never heard of this company before placing an order for a sun visor. The price was good in comparison to other sites and the delivery was faster than any other cheaper site.
When I got into work the next day, I had received an email from Dominic, a customer support specialist.
He had reviewed our order and noticed that we had selected the wrong part type. He was friendly when pointing it out and provided a link to the correct model.
Dominic then changed our order at our request so that we would be shipped the correct part. There was no fuss or confusion. A mistake on our end was instantly sorted out by Dominic. Could not be happier with the service provided and LLL Parts will now be our go to site for any part orders in the future.

Just raised a Pay Pal claim. Order item very very slow to arrive. Item faulty told to return. Sent back heard nothing since. I won’t use this lot again and would warn anyone else not to bother either.

Now the returned item is missing in the post. Why do I get the feeling I’ve just been ripped off for £90.
Avoid this lot first time using last time using. Bloody horrendous company. The PS is I have been turned over by this lot. Nothing short of theft. I will promote their bad name at every opportunity.

I ordered a plastic trim for a Volkswagen seat on this company's website on the 13th May, item was in stock. Finally received my item on the 15th June.
So, an in stock plastic trim took 33 days to be delivered, naturally I would not recommend anyone should chance their order & delivery service!

Has hard to find car parts at good prices

Genuine OEM parts far cheaper than buying direct from the dealership. Original exploded diagrams make it really quick and easy to find exactly what you're after.
Delivery is a little slow but I think that's just because parts come from outside the UK.

I would not recommend this company. It has been over two months since I placed my order and I still have not received the item. This is not acceptable.

Outstanding customer service and great company for parts

Contacted LLL Parts to source a small rubber door gasket for my Audi TTs. (Which I was finding very hard to get anywhere)
They contacted me quickly and requested further info on the car, which I supplied. I was then contacted again very quickly with the details of the part, and the price.
I ordered the part which has now been delivered.
Found the whole experience nice and easy. The LLLParts representative that was dealing with my query/order was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Will definitely use LLLPARTS again.

Been over a year and have made multiple purchases from LLLPARTS Decent company to deal with, have lots of hard to find parts, good communication with customers, delivery process is a bit slow but always arrive in allocated time, my own experience has always been very positive A*****

Would not bother ordering from this company. Part was due for dispatch 3/6-5/6, contacted company on 5/6 to chase an update on dispatch. I was explicitly advised 'there was a delay from central warehouse, part is now with packing team, do not need to worry it will be delivered on time'. Turns out I did need to worry as on 9/6 I received an order cancellation email. When I queried this, I was advised the part could not be sourced and therefore the order was cancelled. So the company lied about having the part in stock and lied about packaging it ready to send! I know have a very unhappy customer to deal with at the hands of this company and their customer service.
