Fancy website but useless company
Unfortunately this company cost me a lot of money. I had no heating or hot water. The guy came on Jan 6th. Perfectly pleasant but spent a lot of time in the phone to someone back at the main company. He was here for 2.5-3 hours. Apparently he identified a problem but needed a proper diagnosis in order to fix it. So another huge amount of money. But the soonest I could get another appointment was 19th Jan. Remember - no heating or hot water! So I tried someone else. He both identified and fixed the problem in half an hour. I complained to Lloyd Hallowell and they said: well, he must have benefited from the work that had already been done. When I asked the guy who fixed it, he said he couldn’t work out why the Hallowell guy hadn’t been able to fix it, given he was here for so long. So my advice: avoid this company if you want to avoid having to pay a lot of money for nothing.
