Our name was passed to Victoria to contact us about making a will . She arranged a Teams meeting and explained in detail different routes we could go. She followed this up in writing giving us plenty of time to read and digest the information . As soon as we decided what we wanted, the rest was simple . Victoria emailed all documents to us again explaining what we needed to do. A process we had been delaying for a long time because we thought it would be difficult was made a lot easier by Victoria. I would advise anyone who is dithering to make contact asap . My husband & I feel relieved everything is now sorted and legal
