Beware if you are switching from Liverez
Is this Ignite that replaced liverez? We have been using liverez for over 10 years and it was one of the best reservation software programs I've used in my 25 years in the industry. It has many features, intergrations and was very user friendly. Liverez V1 is sunsetting and moving to Ignite- I see this lightmaker on all our documents... if this is Ignite- use extreme caution moving to this program! It was not designed with a vacation management in mind. It is very difficult to use- have to click several places to find small things. It is missing many important features!!! No Weekly Rates, No Early Checkin or Late Checkout options!! No amounts on options- so can not choose multiple pets- have to put one in at a time. The rates are the worst feature by far!! There is no global setting for the rates and only nightly- you have to put in all the rates per property one at a time for each season and if you have weekend rates- have to do it twice- one for mid-week and all the seasons for weekends. The worst part- it doesn't save the rates!!! So you have to do this every time you have a new season!! It is missing main reports- there is no report to show commissions!! I could go on and on... if you are moving from liverez- there were several mistakes which caused double bookings and lost reservation- there is very little guidance on what we should be doing- lots of promises that it will be done but it never was. Our team had to find many of the mistakes and issues to report after going live!! One was the damage protection wasn't set up- after going live- we were told it's not compatible and have to input manually!! Then they back tracked and said they were mistaken and able to connect- still waiting for it to be complete a month into being live!! Another big fail is the Airbnb set up- they made a major mistake which caused the first Airbnb booking to be much less than a direct booking!!! And did not want to compensate for their mistake. I miss liverez and feel this was a bait and switch promising this is an upgrade but it's not- it appears that it is designed to be compatible with only the integration that are part of the bigger company- Inhabit. It is set up for dynamic pricing which we do not use. Now we are in our busy booking season and stuck with this limited program.
