Disappointed Service
This company did a TV installation for me through John Lewis, which I was very pleased with back in 2020. Moving forward to present day I wanted a hifi installation from this same company as they did a fantastic job on my TV installation, sadly I was told I live to far for them to visit, as they are based in Wimbledon and I'm in east London, but they claim they service London and the surrounding areas, (?), I live in London, but after talking to one of their employees he claimed that the website has not been updated, it might be now (?), so they don't do London and the surrounding areas (?), the same employee I spoke to did my TV installation but now he's based in Dorset, I just feel that they are selective of where they will travel to and whose homes they will work in ?. Overall it's been a bad experience, but I found another professional company who will do the job for me and they are 1st class all the way so not all was lost. LMSAV.co.uk I would never trust, I even emailed them twice and no response, I was promised by another employee of the company that he would find someone else but that was well over a week ago but I've now moved on with a different company I can trust
