For carriers, LoadBoot is two things at once: a live load board and a real dispatch service. Every carrier gets a dedicated dispatcher — a person who finds loads for their truck, negotiates the rate and handles the paperwork, all booked under the carrier's own authority. The cost is a flat 5% of gross, charged only on loads that are delivered and paid. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no contract. In a week where the truck doesn't run, a carrier pays nothing. For brokers and shippers, posting is free. There is no subscription and no per-load charge, and your contact details stay on every load you post. Two things shape how the platform works. The first is verification: carriers are checked against their FMCSA authority, insurance and safety record before they can book anything, and posting requires a licensed broker.
