Never subscribed to any of this company's newsletter and been trying for over a year to get rid of them.
Every time the support response is the same: we unsubscribed you. Wait 30 days for the change to take effect. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
And even after four support tickets, I still get this company's weekly spam.
