Been buying for years and have never had a problem. Super inexpensive and super reliable. Most titles are in stock and if not today, they usually are available within a short time. You pay and boom, nearly instant email with the code. I dont game like I used to but when I see something that looks really good, this is where I get it.

I love Loaded
I love Loaded. I purchase the majority of my games through them and have for quite a few years. Never had any issues with their keys. The app is good. Checkout is always quick. Just a great company overall. No clue about their customer service as I have never had to contact them due to zero issues.

Website needs some testing
Had difficulty logging in and initially would not accept my password, even after resetting it. Also website tried to add 20% to the prices for UK even though I was originally looking at the UK page. I nearly did not place the order.

Zero frills, always amazing price and no problems with any purchases irrespective of the platform (Steam, Windows Store, Nintendo Store etc). Probably the only platform that I would buy a game without braking a sweat. Count me as a serial customer. 😃
