So wrong!

Purchased a few items which had arrived except the wrist wraps, they left a note it was on 'back order'. Total lie and this wasn't stated on the website when buying. I returned knee sleeves and never received my money back. Haven't been able to contact them since. They would've known they were going to fold but continued to trade.

Shame the compnay went under

Shame the compnay went under, they hd a track record of being goood until recently. For everyone affected if you paid via paypal, you can dispute the transaction and will usually receive a refund

Been a loyal customer for years bought knee sleeves 2 months ago company completley ghosted me despite all attempts to contact business they shut down with nil response
Still advertised after going into voluntary administration
Absolutely disgusting and down right wrong

Gone into Voluntary Administration

Loaded Lifting filed for voluntary administration on 19th June. They are no longer trading. So everyone, you can say goodbye to your money. They have taken the cash for goods they have no intention of supplying, with no communication at all to loyal customers as to what is happening...DISGUSTING💩

Bad news guys - LL in liquidation??

Bad news guys, according to ABN look up the company went into liquidation on 19 June 2024 - cannot believe this happened 3 days after I placed my order. Terribly disappointing - what now - are we creditors who might get something back??

Ordered gear 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing back yet. Emailed multiple times, commented on Facebook posts, tried using their chat function and I can't find a working phone number for them. Really disappointed!!!

Order not received

Made an order which was confirmed almost 3 weeks ago. Haven't had any update for shipping and haven't received the order. Tried contacting them multiple times through email, facebook, etc. to no response. Website in maintenance and phone number is unmonitored.

Order sleeves paid for express took…

Order sleeves paid for express took over a week to get them. Had to return for exchange, did so by their instructions over a week ago and have no correspondence since, should have kept the sleeves and refuse to pay. I paid with Afterpay and have ceased the repayments until I get my new sleeves.

No dispatch

I brought a soft suit that supposed to be dispatched about 2-3 weeks ago after my purchase date and I emailed them when it gonna be dispatched and never got a single response. I cannot find any phone support or contact details to find out what is happening and when I see the website is going maintenance. No option for refund at all.
Not satisfied with the service and won’t consider again.

Sophia from loaded lifting is a nightmare.

Sophia from loaded lifting is a nightmare to deal with. She also lied to me when I asked to speak to another team member, saying there was no who else I was able to speak to. I had do a deep dive on google just to find someone else to speak to. Ended up getting contact with the CEO. I Was Forwarded onto Sophia’s manager who will while polite… I did not feel that my constructive feedback regarding their returns policy was taken on board. I also felt some form on voucher would have went a long way after a week of back and forth passive aggressive emails from Sophia. Pray you order the correct size when order an item, as you won’t be able to return it.

I ordered a tub of beast Tacky

I ordered a tub of beast Tacky, it turned up and it is less then a quarter. I reached out to them and they claim that this is completely normal. The tub is too big for the contents! There is not even enough in it to do a 2nd stone session.
DO NOT BUY FROM LOADED LIFTING!

Inflexible refund policy - AVOID THIS COMPANY

Extremely poor experience with an extremely inflexible refund policy. Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased a belt and very soon after, before I even received the item, the entire store went on sale for 30%. I politely asked for a refund in the price difference, however customer service refused. I can't believe in 2024 with the amount of competitors that companys operate this way. It completely soured my expectations and its not in good faith. I will actively tell people to avoid this company.
Surprise, surprise - the company is in liquidation. This explains quite a bit.

Zero customer service

I placed an order and chose paypal, when I had paid the money had been taken from a card account through the ‘shop’ app they use for checkout. I emailed them asking for this to be refunded. This was evening, I hoped for an email reply the next day and refund. No email reply, no refund.
I looked for a phone number. They do not have one on their site. This is a red flag for their intention of providing customer service. Yellow pages gave me a number but even though it came up on my phone as ‘loaded lifting’, I got a message saying it was not in service - yet my phone still showed their logo…
I now have a shipped email so I suppose they either don’t look at emails to their customer service email address or they are just ignoring it.
Will never buy or recommend them to my clients again

Update, a week later, still no reply to either of the 2 emails to customer service…

No refunds only credit
I purchased 2 belts one being a custom and standard . Even though I paid for the total order I was told I had to pay shipping to get my standard belt faster as custom take 8 weeks and they didn’t want to pay for shipping for both .Then they final agreed to send early free of charge even though both belts are paid in full . My standard belt didn’t fit based on their measurements they only offered me a store credit wouldn’t offer me a refund forcing me to re spend at their store even though I still had a custom order and spent allot of money already . My custom belt I have had no update have to constantly
Chase them up .
Would not recommend customer service is aweful for an online retailer you want to be able to refund if things don’t fit because you don’t get to try them on earlier . Recommend other businesses that offer better return / refund policies and customer service

Custom Belt Production: Your custom belt is still in its production phase and has been for only 4 out of the indicated 8 weeks. We understand that updates are crucial, but at this stage, the process is going as planned and is on track to meet the promised ETA. We aim to provide updates that are meaningful, and currently, there hasn't been any deviation from the standard production timeline.

Soft Belt Issue: We recognise the concerns you had with the sizing of your Soft Belt. While we offered a store credit, we also made sure to make you aware that the product was available two sizes above the one you initially purchased in order to honour our free size exchange policy however you rejected our offer. We do clearly indicate that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or because you no longer want the product.

Shipping & Handling: We usually ship orders together to maintain efficiency. However, understanding your needs, we made an exception and sent the Soft Belt separately without additional charge. This was an effort to ensure you received part of your order while the Custom Belt was being made.

We understand the challenges that come with online shopping, especially when trying to get the right fit. We're constantly striving to improve our services and will take your feedback into consideration.

The best company to get all of your lifting needs

Such a great company, I have been buying all of my powerlifting gear from Loaded Lifting since 2020, even placed multiple orders in the past few months. I have never been disappointed.

They have everything I need from lifting belts, soft suits, meet tees, deadlift slippers and so much more. Super wide range of products and amazing amazing customer service. Ash is super lovely, great to deal with and always goes above and beyond to help!! Always willing to assist and answer any questions I may have. Have not experienced customer service this good anywhere else so genuinely cannot praise them enough!!!

Super easy returns process as well and great reward points system, I always save some money on my purchase due to it. what a bonus!

Always and absolute pleasure to deal with Loaded Lifting, will definitely be making my future purchases here. Cannot recommend them enough!

Don’t waste your money please

I wish there was option for 0 star. Ridiculous service. Nobody reply for emails, phone no.is always not available. Live chat system useless. I asked for immediate exchange order. Its been a month and still nobody replied to emails or queries. My order no. was 74989.
