Very difficult homepage to navigate in. The prices get higher in my basket!! And after two weeks no one knows where my products is!!!

We sent you an e-mail a few hours ago, and we hope you will get around to reading it soon.
In regards to the homepage being difficult to navigate, we understand how having the texts i danish can be confusing, but the translation of the entire page to both swedish and english is well underway.
As for the price, is it certainly correct that an error occured with the prices of your products, but as it turns out, it actually meant that you paid a little less for them.
This, unfortunately, is one of those extremely rare cases, where a package has gotten lost. As we wrote to you last week, we would try to fint out what happened to the package, as it got sent from our warehouse, the day after you placed the order.
Ususally our packages get's picked up and sent to Denmark, but when it is a Swedish package, which it was in this case, our procedure is to hand it directly to the guy who comes to pick up the packages, so that it can be delivered correctly.
We got an answer today, that the package could not be located, so we wrote you immediately, so that you had a choice of getting a new package from us as soon as possible, or a full refund, if you had no interest in this.
We are very sorry about this, as this is the kind of thing that should never happen, but unfortunately we are dealing with the possibility for human error in these circumstances, and errors sometimes do happen, though luckily not very often.
