poor customer service
I ordered a Veto Pro Pac Tech Pac Blackout on september 12th, emailed september 20th asking why i have heard nothing about my bags whereabouts. I recieved an email back saying that they forgot to inform that the bag was actually out of stock when they sold it to me and it will be back in stock by the end of the next week.
I then email september 28th asking if there is any update about my bag, to which i never got a response.
Today i recieved an email saying that they have cancelled my order due to lack of stock. This type of service is quite appaling considering the bag was £300.

Easy to use website, prompt delivery, lost a star as was told one of the in stock products was out of stock via email-fine- but was refunded without option of an alternative, which left my specific order essential incomplete.

Ordering was easy however the return was a little more challenging.
There was no returns advice, I had to email the suppliers. I did receive a quick response but was just told to return the package and add my contact details along with the item so the warehouse team would know where the item came from. I was then charged £11.20 to return the item. So effectively I paid £11.20 just to have a look then go through the process which takes a bit of time. I appreciate it was not their fault I had ordered the wrong item but a smoother return option would have supported my decision to order the correct item. I then had to email the supplier one week after I had returned the item as I had not received a confirmation that the return item had been received by them.

As per our shipping policy and pretty much anytime you make a purchase online from another country you will be responsible for the customs charges when the packaged enters your country, we do not set these charges, your Country does.
Our shipping policy clearly states “Import duty/customs charges are solely the responsibility of the customer and you will be contacted once your order enters your country”
